On the door it says dining room open 24hrs but as we walked up a staff waved us and told us it is closed. Only drive thru is 24hrs.

One time I came here late through the drive through and there was a black CRICKET in my french fries. I called the next day and the guy is like I’ll take care of it. LOL. I didn’t order crickets you dumbie! He should’ve offered me money back or food but didn’t. Greatest day in my eating life. I HAVEN’T had McDonald’s since GROSS

This place must have changed hands it’s pretty bad now, we are in and watched the wrong orders and slow service, there must be no one in charge.

How difficult is it to get coffee right? I’ve been coming here for years and always order my large coffee the same way — four equal and four cream. I know what it tastes like when the right amounts are put in. It’s always hit or miss here, they seem to be short on the cream or short on the equal, very rarely does it taste right. When I go to other McDonald’s it doesn’t seem to be a problem. Also, they have jacked up all the prices, the dollar menu breakfast burrito and McChickens are now $ 1.29, formerly $ 1. A 129% jump! What am I getting for the higher price that I didn’t get at the lower price? Grrrrr

They have never messed up one of my orders, even late at night. Great run place, even late at night. One of the better McDonald’s in the neighborhood.

The girl was messing with us first thing. We asked for a bagel she replied one mcmuffin, we corrected this asking for a bagel again with ham. She replied«oh you mean Canadian bacon». Takes forever to get our food. In the mean time she is rude to the guy behind me regarding breakfast items only being available past after 4AM. I hear him scream F You then drive away. My wife and I’d sandwichs are horrible mine are bacon egg and cheese biscuits with no bacon. Hers was a cold bagel with cheese. Our coffees were half full and of the two people working the only one that was productive was the male. My wife has had issues with this female before neither she nor I will revisit with her there.

This McDonald’s location is always slow and never has pies available. The staff seams to hate being there and don’t have any sense of urgency or speed. The night crew is horribly slow. Besides that the food is your typical McDonald’s. This location is open 24 hr. I suggest you go to the McDonald’s on maple Ave only 2 miles away.

Absolutely terrible! I stop in every morning for breakfast and coffee, the place is a disgrace to the McDonald’s corporation. Tables might look clean, but take a napkin and rub the table top, it turns black. One of the ketchup dispensers have been out of order for over a month, the second one had no catch pan under it for weeks. For some reason if you sit back against the chairs your shirt sticks to them. Went in about a week ago and they were mopping up the seating area after a toilet ran over. For some reason recently the breakfast food has been cool not hot. The sugar dispensers that the employees use when making coffee was broken for about three weeks. Service has gotten EXTREMELY slow, I think corporate needs to install a team of trainers or time study personnel. This is not the way I remember McDonalds, it was formerly a CLASSOPERATION.

This is the only McDonalds that could get your order wrong every time you used the drive up. I would recommend before you pull away check your order. Plus if you let the little Spanish girl at the check out window she will give a an attitude.

To me, McDonald’s food quality is pretty much the same across the board. Unless, however, it’s absolutely awful. This was not the case here. The main factor here is convenience. Anyone going back to Roselle/Bloomingdale from 290 or 355 will pass by this location. It’s been sort of a tradition between my mom, and now me, to get McD’s after stressful workdays. So I guess I’m kind of biasing myself to giving a higher rating, but goshdarnit, sometimes you need to stress-eat. Although they did forget my dipped cone, adding another minute to my recovery period.

I frequent this location because it is nearby but the service is average. Most times the food is room temperature and I am not a fan of cold fries. It is open 24 hours and it is located at the corner of Lake and Bloomingdale Rd. It offers free wifi and the drive thru line moves pretty quickly. Although I admittedly had better experiences at other nearby locations, I will return to this location again. But note my returns are infrequent because of the mediocre service and food temperature. I am a true Mickey D fan, but I only stop here when I am pressed and tried of everything else in the area.

The food is OKAY. However the inside is very dirty and filthy and on the weekends/weekdays during lunch hour, it can get really busy inside. This really increases the wait time for getting your food if you’re waiting. Another reason why I marked 3⁄5 is the service. Occasionally, they will forget to put items in my bag and sometimes they will mix up my order altogether. The people who work there are very un-trained and inexperienced, just like David W said in his review. Everytime I go there, there are newbies working there and most of them don’t know what the heck they are suppose to be doing. In addition to this issue, I noticed that some of the«better trained» workers are running back and fourth in the kitchen trying to help the newbies in the back. So to recap: Food is 4/5, Service is 2⁄5. Average is 3⁄5.

How can they keep getting things wrong? Their sweet tea mix is wrong 4 out of 10 times. Their inside service is horrible. Is this a store they use to train all the newbies? With the exception of a few good hourly folks, this place is the dumpiest McDs I have ever been to. Take a pass and go a mile or two in a different direction. Do not stop here.

It’s sad because I frequent this McD’s often because it’s down the street from where I work. What I love is the dollar menu because who doesn’t like spending a couple of bucks on lunch? Something about a total of $ 2 and some change reminds me of prices I would’ve paid for a full meal when I was a kid. Nevertheless, the food is good and the service is great but I just hate this McD’s because of the other patrons. They are rude! The last time I was in line waiting for food another patron literally parked his vehicle and walked to the drive thru in front of the car in front of me to get whatever it was that they seemingly forgot from his order. I don’t know why he couldn’t walk a few extra steps inside so he didn’t look like a creep show, but the reality is that he didn’t. I’ve now come to the conclusion that some individuals on the West-side have a sense of entitlement. Sorry guys, but you don’t. You have to wait in line just like everyone else. Also, if you pull that kind of creepiness in the city you are likely to get shot.

Although I feel like I can’t rate McDonalds at any higher than 3 stars(ever), I can say that this McDonalds never, ever screws up my order. The drive-thru is also very prompt… I eat here regularly at lunch, and thankfully I never receive diet instead of regular… and my snack wraps always turn out right.
