YOUHAVETOBETHEBIGGESTIDIOTTOSHOPATPAGECOMM aka PCW. They ran my credit without asking me. They signed me up for 2 years, even though i CLEARLY told the«district manager» to only sign me up for one year. On top of everything, they sold me a used phone, that i couldnt exchange because they never had the new one within the 2 weeks. If their monkey looking/acting«district manager» cant help the customer right, then y should anyone shop with those IDIOTS! I wish Unilocal had no stars cuz they dont even deserve that 1 star

Buying cell phone service is one of my least favorite activities. PageComm helps confirm my feelings of despair and hopelessness in people and life in general. Thank you, PageComm, this is what I will tell myself at night when I regret giving you one star instead of zero because Unilocal hasn’t fixed that glitch just yet. I’ve never wanted to stab someone in the neck more than when I dealt with these sleazebags. They’d signed my mom up for insurance and other«value adds» that she didn’t need nor want. When she tried to make a claim against the insurance, T-Mobile denied it, and PageComm did nothing about it. It took escalation to a T-Mobile employee to get anything done; in the end, it was T-Mobile that ate the insurance cost by allowing a line cancellation without penalty. Avoid PageComm and deal with the usual set of clowns at carrier-owned stores instead. At least if you have problems with a T-Mobile employee, he or she answers to someone else and there’s an escalation matrix you can use to your benefit. If PageComm decides to have their way with you, their 17 year old«manager» won’t do much to help you.

A great store to go to if you are in the market for a cell phone plan, but don’t know which carrier you want. This one store has service for many different carriers, so you get to compare and contrast all at one place. And they usually throw in some specials too, like free accessories or extra rebates. But one thing to definitely expect is some pushy people — the sales people are nice, but they can be even more pushy when they want to make a sale.
