What a terrible experience. I said the word bong and rather than politely tell me they call them water pipes, the kid behind the counter asked my girlfriend and I to leave. We were mad af. Would have been nice to be able to comment on their selection but wasnt in the store long enough to know.
For a place named 420, these are the tightest most disrespectful people I’ve had the displeasure of meeting in this town. Least chill head shop ever.

Favorite head shop in Btown. Staff is always super helpful and friendly. Large selection of just about anything you could want.

Never been to a more uptight head shop. You can’t touch nearly anything without all the employees collectively yelling at you, even if they aren’t in the same room as you (they have cameras in every corner and can see you from anywhere in the store). It makes you wonder what has happened in the store before to make them act so strict.
Other than that, the staff is helpful and the prices are average. Nothing really to set it apart from other head shops other than being in the middle of a college campus.

Hahahaha! It’s above an ice cream shop, the name is 420, and the logo is a pot leaf so obviously I had to check it out after getting some ice cream. I guess at caught my eye was how brazen it was. Well it is in fact what you would think it is. They card people upon entrance to make sure when is old enough to even be inside and they have a prodigious selection of pipes and bongs in cases around the store, and even some apparatuses that look like gas masks. I walked back down the stairs immediately and just started to laugh. Who knew, in Bloomington Indiana. More than that, there’s another store of the same name a couple of blocks down Dunn. I have no basis on which to rate it, really, so I figure three stars is average, and they had quite a selection and a friendly staff, so they earned at least that (plus so many more stars for giving me a great chortle). Perfectly, it’s right across the street from a seedy-​looking park that sort of makes me think of a teeny People’s Park (in Berkeley).
