I was here to buy pillow and I had an great experience with Paul’s assistance. He’s very patient and polite to let me try on almost every pillow. it’s so hard to find one that suits my needs, but by him offering plenty of time, (even offered to let me stay till the store close haha), I found one I liked! Besides having plenty of time, I was also able to relax and actually feel the pillow.

Excellent service when I needed a bed the next day. The gentleman helped me pick out a bed close to my price range and gave me options that were under and above my price range. The delivery guys were on time and quick to get my bed set up. The store’s location was very convenient as I didn’t want to drive out of town to find a good deal. It’s a great store with American products made in the USA!

Wonderful experience! We arrived around 10am on a Saturday, there were already three other customers in the store, and only one salesman. Despite this, the salesman, Travis, was attentive to everyone, making sure everyone knew that he would be with them as soon as he could, but that they were just as important to him as anyone else in the store. After taking care of three other customers, including getting them same day (within a few hours) delivery, despite the fact that he only had ONE delivery man, he started taking care of us. We knew what we wanted, but he was very accommodating and got us through a credit application, check, and approval, in a very timely manner, all while taking care of the fifth customer that had entered the store. We knew before we started that we would not be able to get delivery that day, but he ensured that we knew, and apologized. He was very forthcoming with information about the mattress, delivery, options, bonuses, etc. This was the easiest transaction and we were more than pleased with our service. Would recommend this store to anyone, not to mention we got great bonuses with our purchase, due to the fact that stores (any of them) are not allowed to discount the cost of the mattress (thanks to the manufacturers).
