Waited an hour, probably more to talk to anyone. Finally the greeter told me that the manager would speak to me. A sales consultant came over instead. Then she disappeared. Finally another man came over to ask if I’ve been helped, I told him only greeted. He said a manager would be over, but again another sales consultant came over to help. After about two hours of being in the store I never had the pleasure of actually seeing the manager and they ended up tell me that I had to submit my phone through insurance anyways. I’m not angry with the end result but I am angry with the amount of time, lack of communication and the lengthy process it took to even get that answer. If you tell me I’m going to see the manager because of all my wait time and the manager still does not come over it is extremely frustrating and unprofessional for such a huge location. Adam(the manager) will hopefully show better customer service and actually be on the«floor» and speaking to customers that waited so long like his staff members were telling me he would be. Really disappointed in the lack of service and time taken to even answer one question.

Basically, I needed to pick up an accessory for my husband so I stopped in here. There only option was waaaaay overpriced, but their employee was honest enough to send us elsewhere for a better price. I know that AT&T would not likely smile about this, but I sure did. Just another reason that I love AT&T. Doing the right thing keeps people loyal. Thanks unnamed employee! You helped keep me loyal. :-)
