When we bought our house a few years ago, the previous owner had contracted with a termite company that was giving us the runaround. I sent their reports to my brother-​in-​law, a termite inspector, and he said we needed a second opinion. Our real estate agent recommended Donald at B Gone, because she said in all her dealings with him, he has been honest, thorough, and conscientious.
Donald came out himself, and took an hour to inspect our property, even crawling through the crawl-​space under the house. He walked me around the property and showed me the various places the previous company had missed. He gave me advice on how to take get the company to fulfill their contract (as required by law and the certification board). He even emailed a full inspection report with photos and recommendations.
What really impressed me was that he refused payment for this, though he knew he would not be getting our immediate business because he was giving a second opinion. And yet he was thorough and did an excellent job.
We were also impressed by his manner: he was polite, gracious, took the time to explain everything in terms we could understand, and was one of the best people we interacted with among all the different kinds of contractors and agents involved in the transaction.
I would not hesitate to call him with any future terminator needs. In fact, I just recommended B Gone to a friend who may have termites.
