I love Baker’s! But I especially love this very one. The manager is great, the employees are professional, yet friendly, and the food is always of great quality. But the customer service at this place is just so great. Good luck getting the quality of friendliness and professionalism at any other fast food restaurant. At this particular Baker’s they make the customer feel they WANT them to be there.

Great service and food at good prices. Would have given 5 stars but the parking lot smelled like natural gas. I told one of the ladies working there and she said she heard the same complaint all day yet nothing had been done. She told me to tell the manager which I did and he went out to the parking lot and investigated. Hopefully it is fixed so I can take my family back there again

Lol after I got my delicious mama meal #2 I was eating it in the parking lot with my window rolled down and this guy came up and asked me some questions(for money probably) . I didnt know what he said so i just rolled the window up while keeping eye contact. I probably won’t eat in the parking lot anymore but i like the food so…

I stopped eating here. Although I love the food there is this girl that works the drive-thru she’s rude & sarcastic. I paid for food not your attitude. She said she hates when people use their debit cards for dollar items. Sorry I don’t carry cash but that’s not your business Bakers server girl. I’ll go to Tam’s on Baseline or somewhere else I don’t patronize companies who allow their employees to be rude to customers.

Best fast food in Southern California in my opinion. I used to love the cheese burgers here but then I stopped eating meat. However, they offer great options for vegetarians. The veggie burrito is absolutely delicious. But the boca burger is where it’s at! Once I asked for a double baker boca burger. Which is pretty much too boca patties. It was pretty much the best decision I had made with my life at the time. Don’t judge me. Also, around Halloween time the little orange books they sale are a great value for 1 dollar. Great food! Clean kitchen, friendly staff. And the budget meals are awesome if you are trying to squeeze a penny. I kind of wish this spot was open 24 hours like the bakers in San Bernardino. The fat boy in me misses bakers so much! Please expand outside of the inland empire! The rest of California needs to experience mama & papa meals! When I get married I hope to have my wedding reception here.

Always fresh and fast, never messed up my order, the gal that works the floor, rashonda, i think that’s how to spell her name, she is wonderful, on top of her duties, super friendly, and keeps the place looking great. I hope bakers takes care of her, I’m sure she is 1 in a million!!! I work at the animal hospital and am a big fan of eating here, and always see our clients inside. If you want fast food and want it fresh and professional, come here!

Where’s the Taco Nazi? We never went to her retirement party. My friends and family from LA and OC hit Bakers the second they come into town. It’s not In-N-Out burger by any means, but it has a unique quality and taste that has been consistent for the 30+ years I have had their food. They have some great employees and they have some… not so great employees. I work in Bloomington so I have been coming to this one for 20+ years. There used to be a grumpy old woman that worked the dining area. Bernice — all of us called her«Taco Nazi» She would yell your number and if you didn’t respond loudly she would slam your tray down LOL. It was fun. This location has a few scholars. This happened to me twice: «I would like a combo burrito, make it large(add tomatoes, lettuce, and sour cream) «Make it what?» «Large. Make it large please.» «What does that mean?» «Add tomatoes, lettuce, and sour cream.» «Do you mean make it big?» «Yes. Yes indeed.» «It’s called making it big.» «Is large a synonym for big?» «A what?» «Can I get a combo burrito with sour-cream, lettuce, and tomatoes?» «Combo burrito, make it big?» «Yes. Thank you.» GEEEEEESH!!! TWICE this happened. Why don’t I just say, «Make it big?» Because I believe synonyms have a purpose. The prices have steadily gone up over the years. Bakers used to be the place for a good bargain lunch — not anymore. Their prices are pretty ridiculous for what you get. You can in NOWAY compare a PapaMeal(almost $ 7.00) to a DoubleDouble meal at In-N-Out. They’ve become very greedy and skimpy, but the fries are still great and the food is still tasty. Get the machaca burrito for breakfast. Hey Bakers Family: you’re rich enough! At these prices free soda refills, like the rest of the world, won’t break you!.

Food is good but they’re cheap wads. Charge you $ 0.25 for refills but don’t even tell you til it’s refilled. I only wanted a top off on my large drink an she still charged me the full $ 0.25 after. Hello? It wasn’t even enough to fill a small cup! Then she gives ME attitude!

If you’re not from the IE, you don’t understand the importance of Bakers. I can’t explain it, that’s just how it is.

For those of you unfamiliar with this primarily west coast/Inland Empire chain… It’s very similar to Carl’s Jr./Hardees, but more of a hybrid between the typical American burger place and a Taco Bell. The food isn’t spectacular… Burgers are always a little greasy, but you can’t beat their low prices. A decently sized bean and cheese burrito will only run you a little more than a buck. Not too shabby.
