Bad customer service. They gave me my order wrong and overcharged me so I tried to have them fix it and they just gave me a soda as if I wanted that. When I was trying to say what I wanted a girl with tan skin tone and a nose piercing started telling one of her coworkers that I was «complaining about nothing».

Came back to try their new panko onion rings, man they were good. Fresh and crunchy, just the way I like my onion rings. If you go through the drive thru, make sure not to hit the baby squirrels, they are all over the place! Apparently they like Jack In The Box too. Bumped it up another star for the new and improved onion rings and baby squirrels.

Pretty disappointed rite now!!! Me and my mom stopped by to get some food before we head out to the casino, I ordered tacos and my mom got breakfast burritos… When we ordered they told us they didn’t have any hash browns or napkins! WHAT JACKS DOES NOT HAVE ANY NAPKINS OR HASH BROWNS??? anyways we got our food, we asked for buttermilk and they gave us ranch horrible! I open my
Taco and its looks like my 3 year old son made it… No meat, all lettuce (looks pretty old) the cheese looks like it’s been sitting there for a couple of hours! Not good… This will be my LAST LAST TIME coming to this Jack in the box!!!

I went to this Jack a few months back and it was sssssssslowwwww. I was hoping it was a one time deal, but I went back last Friday night. The woman at the window was very nice. But for 8:30 pm, the serivce was slow and the burgers overcooked. They really need better management to speed the drive thru and make sure food is appropriately cooked.
