Very rude. Came thru drive thru 5 minutes before they opened and the lady says«we open at 9 sorry have A nice day» soooo you couldn’t just take my order and let me know it would take a few minutes to get my food? Pretty much giving me the impression that I should go somewhere else to eat.

Chicken sandwich was hot but not what I ordered dripping with mayonnaise french fries were cold I asked for green tea received unsweetened regular tea. Yes they were busy but at least you should get someones order right! 1 napkin no ketchup not even ask for sweetener. Haven’t been there in a while won’t go back for a long time unhappy

So, Wendy’s went under the knife and got a make over. Looking good. However the food is still not the best. The fries always taste oily and the burgers are beyond greasy. The meat also needs to be more seasoned. Some items are ok, it’s just that grease that oozes out that has me thinking twice before coming here. Customer service needs improvement. The kids meals for $ 1.99 after four was a great deal. I wish they would permanently bring back the fruitea chillers. I also miss the chipotle sauce and some crispy chicken sandwich that was seasonal and bomb.

I come here all the time and have never had a bad experience. The food is ways hot, consistently good and I have never had to wait longer than a few minutes even with super long lines.

I started going to this location because the Wendy’s on Foothill has such terrible customer service. I don’t understand why this location has bad reviews, I’ve never had a bad experience here.

I thought why not… maybe just maybe customer service has improved. Well I tell you my friends… it’s still the same old place. You get a lot of attitude with your cold order. I just don’t get it. Why do they always have such bad attitudes???

Had the pretzel bacon cheeseburger today and it was probably the greasiest burger I’ve ever eaten and it didn’t taste much better than their regular burgers… Disappointed!

It was around breakfast time on July 6,2013. Wendy’s do not offer breakfast so they had a picture of pretzel Bacon Burger. So I order that through the drive thru. My order was handed through window and I checked it and it was wrong order. Mind you, the cashier had already disappeared from the window. So we started blowing the horn a few times. He comes back and we told him this is wrong order. He said can you move up the timer is going off.(All this dude was worrying about was the drive thru timer) We said, listen to us the order is wrong. He said, your right keep that order move to parking lot and I will bring correct order. He bought the order to the car. The burgers are good. But they do rush you and don’t listen at all.

This isn’t an impulse review, more than three times now the service at the drive-thru has been bad. They seem to rush your order without letting you get a word in edge-wise. Each time I’ve there has been no line, I’m the only one in drive-thru so why the rush and rude tone? That’s probably why they don’t get more business. Definately a poorly managed franchise. Skip it!
