This KFC needs constant reporting to Corporate. It’s been that way since before they ever moved to this location. The owner evidently needs continual reminders how to service customers in this area. I have never had a problem with his Corona location, Just COLTON. Just call KFCCORPORATE with your complaints, they will accommodate you.

Yesterday i went to this KFC after having gone to diffrent location that had ran out of chicken and only had a few wings left. I get to this location at about 10:30 pm, went to the drive thru and waited for a few minutes for someone to talk on the speaker to take my order. No one spoke so i said«hello, anyone there» and get no respone. So i drive up thinking maybe the speaker is broken. As i drive up to the window I see people«working». I waited to see if they came over. Again nothing. I honked so they are aware that i was at the window. When they heard and saw me they move out of my sight and never came up. So i went parked my car to and got off and saw the sign posted at entrance that the drive thru closes at 11:00pm. I had got there at 10:30pm. Needless to say this was bad service & rudeness from the workers trying to hide after i clearly saw them. After going to 2 locations, having bad service and having a family waiting for food that i was unable to get is upseting.

Stopped there sat on my way back from Big Bear and ordered chicken tenders and fries. Food took forever to get, was room temperature and there were wings mixed in with the order. I was sharing the tenders with my dogs as well. Within 10 min of eating it my stomach was hurting and I started throwing up. My dogs were sick too and its now 2 days later and I just starting to be able to eat food again. I would NOT recommend this place. There is clearly no management on site or the management is so bad the staff are rebelling. Either way is was a disgusting experience and I will never eat at KFC or taco bell again — no matter where they are located.

Took over 20 min for a small order. Super slow drive through! They need to do something to speed things up because this isn’t N N Out. They aren’t cooking fresh here. Not coming back. I’ll get my bean burritos elsewhere.

Food is good but make sure to ask for kfc sauce butter and honey. Because they won’t give it to you unless you ask. And when you do be prepared for an annoyed drive through person upset you asked for it. However food is good.

This store for some reason it seems like the workers find their job to hard. They forget something in the order or don’t Horner a promotion. They put the wrong lid with the bucket of chicken I ordered so I couldn’t play the I spy game that’s on the bucket. I’ll give this place one more change. If they mess up again I’m going to another KFC even if I have to drive to Rialto

If you’re looking for«fast» food… go elsewhere. This has nothing to do with how the food taste, but how long it took to get it! My hubby and I stopped here on our way to the desert and it took F-O-R-E-V-E-R! I wanted a chicken pot pie but didn’t see it on the menu, so I asked the young lady behind the counter if they served it at this location in which she replied«yes». So… I ordered the pot pie and my hubby ordered the 10 wing combo. After waiting 20 minutes for our order(there were only 4 other people in the restaurant and two of them were already eating), they finally called our number. When my hubby went to pick up the food they said, «We don’t serve pot pies on Mondays.» I wish they would’ve told us that 20 minutes ago when they realized it instead of waiting until his food was ready! Anyway, I was starving and didn’t want to wait any longer, so I ordered one of the $ 2.49 snack cups(which I knew wouldn’t take long to throw together). My husband insisted they comp it for the trouble. They took care of it, which was nice, but after it was all said and done, our«fast food» took damn near 30 minutes to get!

Sometimes I just gotta get me some KFC extra crispy, but I wish there was another KFC close to home because the service here sucks! Make sure you check your order before you drive away because they will short you. Every time I ask for extra crispy, they always say«Let me check if we have it.» They usually run out. If I order a 12-piece all dark, I expect to get 6 legs and 6 thighs. Sometimes they give me like 9 legs and only 3 thighs. I complained on my last visit and asked the drive-thru girl to make sure I got«mostly thighs» this time to make up for last time. I reminded her again to give me mostly thighs before she handed me my order and she said no problem. Then when she handed me the order I ask a third time if it was mostly thighs and she said«Yes, it’s half and half.» What could I say to that? I know she was just a high school kid, but did she really think«mostly» and«half» was the same thing? I don’t think she was working at KFC to save up money for college. KFC was probably a career choice and she has the potential to be one of their managers someday! That’s why Kentucky Fried Chicken shortened their name… too many big words to spell.

i like it. ive always been a fan of fastfood, i like fast and i like cheap. around the area, i saw a wendys but… all one star reviews oh noes! there was an ok rated mom&pop burgerjoint but it looked too err shady & rundown from the outside. enter kfc and its dependable menu. the service is great and the area clean. the cashier is super friendly too. this kfc is also part tacobell so if you’re craving for a taco here and a chicken bite there you can do so with one order. interesting.

This is the second time I’ve visited a KFC that just«runs out» of a certain item. How is that possible? Surely you can de-frost and cook more chicken, right? Apparently not — even if it’s just after lunch time. The ice machine wasn’t working, when I went, so hot iced tea or warm soda. Yuck.

Larceny & Chicken There’s only two excuses to eat at KFC: Atkins and the chicken fix/aroma. I had the former. Ordered the 12 piece broiled style(in strict accordance with the gospel by reverend Atkins) — lunch for three for only 10 bucks plus drinks. Not bad, assuming you know another couple folks addicted to protein and veggies. Problem was, the calculator in my head was sounding alarm bells(didn’t even know it had alarm bells, but live and learn). The bucket seemed short. So, found myself counting the chicken, which is not something I expected to be doing in this lifetime. Sure enough, only 9 pieces! Went back to the clerk: «Is someone math challenged?» «Why», he responds, quite disingenuously, «how many pieces did you get?» «I think I ordered 12 and I got 9.» So, he counts. He finds a leg hiding under a thigh and proclaims a triumphant 10 pieces, only two short. Now, this is Colton and I’m thinking: Colton, fast food — not exactly NASA or Wall Street — maybe two off is within the margin of error in these parts? Trouble is, it becomes clear they meant it. There are(at least) two bucket sizes and I’ve got the smaller of the two. When the chicken slinger tries to add another two they won’t fit and he has to grab a bigger bucket. So, it’s a chicken scam! I hope they fry.
