First time through the drive thru. Good service, timely, food order exactly what I asked. Would come back.

Food is good. Staff is good. But check your order at the dive through window make sure it’s all there and correct. I eat out a lot, this jack in the box is closest to my house. The last 5 Times I went there they messed up my order I paid for chese the last two times on my jumbo jack but when I got home one time no chese the second time a big chese burger? ??? The other 3 times I was just missing items like tacos and condiments that were asked for. However I have no complaints on the food itself. Its pretty darn good. I gave 2 stars because they can’t get the order right.

During a recent road trip, the kids traveling with us started to get restless and were harping for a restroom break. Realizing that if we didn’t stop soon, we were about 20 – 30 min away from Palm Springs & Indio, I decided to exit and have them take care of business. Luckily we found this place. You can’t really see it from Interstate 10, but it’s right off the fwy.
While the kids were doing their thing, I bought some Sodas and Fries for a snack. The restaurant and restrooms were clean and service was good. We were in/​out in no time.

Basic Jack in The Box, located across from Colton High School. Try and avoid going before school starts which is at 7:30am and when school lets out at 2:30 pm to avoid the rush of teenagers.
