The doctors here are experienced, competent, and take the time to explain your condition and recommended procedures. However, be careful because although the doctors may be covered under your insurance, the surgery center they use may not be. I found out the morning of my surgery when I arrived at the center that they were not in-network for my insurance. I went ahead with the surgery but had to pay a lot more out of pocket than I would have if they were in-network. So just do some research and the math before committing to any procedure with this practice. I also did physical therapy here. I liked the therapists, but I didn’t feel like they dealt aggressively enough with some complications that arose. My recovery took a lot longer because they kept waiting thinking it would improve before taking a different approach. The office staff is friendly, and it’s pretty easy to get appointments quickly. There’s no bike rack, but there is a tree you can wrap a cable lock around.

I have been a patient here for years for chronic spine problems. Dr. Weidenbenner caught a serious problem early and a surgeon at Methodist operated and fixed it. Since then I have been very impressed both with the doctor and the physical therapy staff. After two operations on my lumbar and cervical vertebrae I am relatively mobile and active and have only minor nerve issues. Without BB&J ‘s care and skill I am not sure what shape I would be in today. Two of my children also had successful knee surgeries from Dr. Fox and one had successful hand surgery from BB&J.
