I got a couple quotes for carpet and these guys were competitive (even slightly better than carpet king). In addition, they were great to work with and the work — my carpet and flooring in my rental property — looks great. I had a extremely tight schedule given that it was rental property — and they totally accommodated. Would go back anytime.

I couldn’t believe the prices and the customer care we received from this business.
After venturing to the big box stores and the nickel and diming up charges we were quoted, I went home and checked out Unilocal.The one review was all it took to get me in the door.
We went in and was greeted by Jennifer H., a designer who knows her carpet. Prices were unbelievable and no up charges to do stairs, move furniture and a slight price difference to upgrade the pad. We were offered and mailed numerous color samples in just a few days. The installers came on time, worked quickly, very polite. This process was just too smooth as it should be. We will be back!

After little success with a local carpet store we had worked with in the past, we turned to Unilocal for and read about Bloomington Carpet One.
The problem I had with my former carpet store was that they really didn’t seem to have the time to talk to me about their product and balked at the idea of coming out to my house to measure. We were replacing all of the carpet in our house and they couldn’t be bothered.
I met Lyn when I entered the store. He offered assistance right away and heard me when I said I wanted a decent carpet and pad without breaking the bank. He offered to meet me at my house to do a measure and give me a quote. And he was able to help me figure out how we were going to move everything for the install — we split it into two days. The carpet came in when promised, and they were able to install as soon as we were ready. The installers were very professional and did an awesome job.
We love our new carpet, got a fair deal and would definitely recommend Lyn at Bloomington Carpet One to anyone.
