Garage Floor Coating of MN

We used Garage Floor Coating last year for our 3 car garage. The salesman helped us choose the best floor/​surface coating and providing a quote. The install process was smooth and systematic. It is easy to sweep and spray down. It is a must to purchase their squeegee. We would definitely recommend Garage Floor Coating!

We hired them to coat our 3 car garage floor. The floor had bad salt stains, a few cracks and some minor pitting.
The salesperson came out and gave us a quote. We decided on the Diamond coating level which has a nice pattern and a lifetime warranty. We also went with a medium roughness so the floor would not be slippery when wet.
Monday — grind floor and treat it
Tuesday — primer coat
Wednesday — Diamond coating layer
Thursday and Friday — sand and clear coat each day
The workers were professional and only there for a short time on most days.
We also purchased floor mats. The floor turned out great. You just sweep and clean with a vinegar /​water mixture.
My only issue … I called back to order a squeegee and asked about coating our front sidewalk. That was 12 days ago. I haven’t heard from the salesperson and they forgot to order the squeegee. Everyone is very nice but they should have called back about my new job. The squeegee is now on its way.

One of the best thing we ever did. Two years ago had our 15 year old garage floor redone and now having lived through two winters with it, i can only say good things about the product. As for the company — it’s top shelf! Everyone we dealt with before, during and after the installation was courteous and genuinely interested in making sure we were happy with the product. We are highly recommending them.

I am not impressed with this company at all. We own a business. We contacted the company seeking an estimate for our floor. We were initially hounded by a sales guy with numerous voicemail messages. Once we finally connected — a date was set up for him to visit our business.
The date of the bid came. A completely different sales guy showed up. He seemed less than thrilled to be doing his job. He repeatedly needed to return to his vehicle to retrieve his tools — including a business card. Why would you not carry business cards with you at all times?
During the meeting — the sales guy seemed to rush through the process. I did not feel like he was accessing our floor desires. He simply steered us into what he thought we would like. We are seeking a completely custom look — not a look everyone else has. But he failed to listen to what we wanted.
This estimate was done on a Thursday. He was unable to provide us the final quote on-​site because the software was down. He then seemed to blame the company for that fact. He said he would get us the final quote by Monday. Monday has come and gone. No phone call. No email.
Overall — this company does not send out the vibe that they are professional or that they truly care about their customers.
