Unbelievable service from a locally owned instrument repair company. Carl is an icon in the world of musical instrument repair, and his store reflects that «customer must be satisfied» philosophy that is, unfortunately, waning these days. Carl, Travis, and the bunch should be congratulated on having an honest, personal, and professional approach to business.

I recently purchased a Getzen Bass Trombone through Carl’s Pro Band. My situation was unique because I wanted a custom finish on the trombone.
I called Carl’s and was introduced to Travis. He was a huge help from the start. We discussed what I wanted done to the trombone and how we would do it.
It was a three part process with a long waiting time. Travis treated me with an enormous amount of patience. He took care of each step of the process diligently, making sure to inform me and send me pictures after each step.
The way my trombone came out exceeded my expectations. The same can be said for the customer service at Carl’s Pro Band.
I have recommended and I will always recommend Carl’s Pro Band to anyone who is buying a new instrument or repairing an old instrument. I will never take my instruments anywhere else.

Carl, Travis and the staff at Carl’s Pro Band are as good as it gets when working with musical instruments. Over the past six years, Carl and his team have been repairing, cleaning, and maintaining my instrument and I have been nothing but pleased with their work. Their attention to detail and tireless pursuit of perfection is poured into every project they do.
A couple of years back, a friend of mine wanted to learn to play cello. Carl’s Pro Band offered a great deal on a student rental cello which was easy to set up and perfect for my friend who wanted to try it out before she bought it.
Recently, my instrument was stolen from my home. Carl and his team made the purchase of my new instrument very easy and fast, going out of their way to eliminate steps that would have delayed the process to get the horn in my hands as fast as possible.
Ultimately, they are all around good people. Straight forward and honest dealing. A wonderful business and the only place to go for your instrument needs.
