Have been Chili’s customer for years. Love their Memphis dry rub ribs, smoky wings, and Molten Chocolate Cake. The service is great. Will definitely come back.

Lunch was delicious today! I had a salad and California pizza that was terrific and I would return again for the same thing or something else!

If you say close at 10pm, close at 10, not lock the doors at 9.50 after you promise me my to-go dessert over the phone if I reach in 5 minutes, which I did. Otherwise, the ribs are decent and the service I’ve received on other occasions are rather good.

On Sundays, this establishment plays nonstop Christian and Gospel music most of the day. If that is not to your liking, be warned because they won’t change the channel.

Food was okay. Not great but okay. We had six people so we had a variety of items. Those who had steak said it was good. The fajitias were not cooked right. The salmon was okay. The real problem was service. They could not even refill drinks as needed.

OK so this chain happens to have good food. Whether it be the fajitas or the burger bites I just generally enjoy the food here. The service is however spotty. My husband and I visited today and our waitress was actually crying so much so she had to get the other waitress to help wait on us. I understand we all have to deal with issues even while at work but geeze don’t cry in my iced tea. Other than that if you just can’t decide on somewhere to eat the Chili’s is a good olé stand by.

I had an A-OK experience at Chili’s. I have the say the little kiosks were cool for paying your bill and getting refills. I came here with co-workers during finals week, so it was dead. Our food came out quick and the service was great.

Very disappointed! Old lemons, no items for what we ordered, so we had to change to another item, waited forever for our food, pricey for the food quality! Nice staff though!

I think I’ve sworn off Chili’s. It’s become a late-night chips/salsa and appetizer place only for me. I don’t think I’ll go back for lunch or dinner. Food, when compared to other similar places, just isn’t up to snuff. The quality has gone down in my opinion over the last several years. I’m also mad that they took vegetable soup off the menu — just a personal thing, but it’s crazy that the only healthy soup option is gone.

MOLDY cheese!!! stay away from here, they gave me moldy shredded cheese for my fajitas, who knows what else was moldy or spoiled. they didnt even do anything about it either, they were still giving people the cheese with the meals.

Been here three times. First two were fine on all accounts(it’s Chili’s, it’s a chain, and you know what you’re getting). Last night we went and had a terrible time. Service persons, excepting the manager, failed to speak coherently or audibly. Just a mumble. Seemed to have a bit of attitude, too. Next, while I laud Chili’s for providing gluten-free and dairy-free menus and options, this time was a big fail. Took about 10 extra minutes to get the menus from the manager. Then, when ordering off of the dairy-free menu, and emphasizing our needs by additionally requesting no butter on the veggie side, we still got garlic butter-doused veggies. Double-doh! Had to be sent back and re-done sans butter. Overall the food was pretty blah this third visit. Too bad, as there aren’t very many places even offering gluten-free/dairy-free menu options.
