New favorite coffee spot in town!!! I have inhabited Rainbow Bakery frequently(as I live in Prospect Hill), but this place is great for dedicated, comfortable work. Natural light is absolutely critical to me in getting good work done while staying sane, and Crumble definitely meets that better than anywhere else in town! They also have a cute little patio, are impeccably clean, polite, and the Honey Bear Latte is delicious!

Oh my goodness! The bacon and potato quiche is the lightest, most delicious I have ever eaten! How do you even get eggs this light and fluffy?!

Crumble has moved to a new location within the same block. Same great coffee, fresh baked goods and friendly people, just in a much brigheter and larger place.

This place is amazing! I wake up craving the delicious Dirty Chai Latte(my favorite) and any of the tarts or quiches they make. Love the new large venue with plenty of seating. I only wish I could afford to come here everyday!!!

Crumble gets five stars in my book. The coffee is great, and the baked stuff is unbelievable. Try the peanut butter chocolate cookies. Ugh. Too good.

Great little coffee shop! Friendly service, cozy atmosphere and good lattes. I ordered the dulce de leche… sweet yummy goodness. My mom ordered the zebra mocha, and it was good as well(not nearly as sweet). Bonus points for the fact they use locally roasted coffee and Monin syrups. Would definitely come back!

Thanks to fellow Unilocaler Katie B. for tipping me off that this new bakery and coffee shop opened in Bloomington. It is located sort of Southeast in Bloomington in a new cluster of shops called Renwick Village(which I also didn’t know existed until I got here). The owners Scott and Laura were working when I arrived and they were very friendly people. They told me that they just opened the end of September and that they make all their baked goods in-house. They also get their coffee beans from Quarrymen Coffee Roasting Company that is also local to Bloomington. I ended up ordering the Zebra Mocha which is made with white & dark chocolate and it was brought to my table. Not bad, but I think I will order a different drink next time. For baked goods, I ordered the vegetarian quiche without crust and a poppyseed muffin. The baked goods were very good and at a very good price given the quality. The atmosphere caters towards people who are definitely over 30. I’m 31 and even I felt on the young side in here. The space is rather small, but was rather bustling with most of the tables taken by people who looked like regulars. This is the kind of place that professors and working professionals hang out – not students. I also didn’t care for the Christmas music playing in the background and the decorations weren’t my thing either, but the square tables were functional and the wooden chairs comfortable. Give this new locally owned place a try though! Worth checking out to see for yourself!

Crumble is a new coffee shop and bakery in Renwick Village. The space is cozy, clean, and bright. It’s a nice place to meet up with friends or work on homework. I had a slice of parmesan spinach quiche and part of a maple brown sugar muffin. The quiche was creamy with a crisp parmesan topping. The maple brown sugar muffin was melt in your mouth soft and amazingly delicious. They have a good variety of loose leaf teas including some more unusual options like strawberry kiwi. Friends said the coffee and lemon bars were also tasty.
