Awful. Lacked a sense of humor also they were grumpy… not fun at all. They took forever and then brought our appetizer in to go boxes. When we obviously were dining in lol

Easily some of my favorite (chain) wings and I’ve been eating these things since the MOA first opened its doors. There’s just something about their sauce and the way they prep their wings that I enjoy and nothing like other joints.
They’re certainly not my #1 wings, but «different» just keeps coming to mind when trying to describe these things. Everyone tells me, «you just go for the scenery…» My response, «Out bagging sweatshirts ans sweatpants and the servers and I would still want to eat their wings and enjoy a cold brew.»
I will say though with this latest visit, the sauce seemed to have a little different flavor to it compared to what remember from so many years of wing consumption. The last time I was at a Hooters was easily 10+ years ago, so maybe its just my taste buds. It certainly wasn’t a bad difference, but still a difference to me.
In closing, well done on the restaurant makeover. Looks a lot more modern, comfortable and cleaner than the original look and design. Maybe this will help with bringing in more families and not just a bunch of «bros» drooling over something they can’t have! ;)

Our party of 5 arrived to eat after lunch but before dinner hours. There were plenty of tables open outside «patio» but staff refused to set us there because that section was closed. We ended up b having to wait 20+ minutes for a table to open up. We had to return my mother in laws rented scooter by a certain time and of course we were late. Hostess with long dark hair and glasses was very rude. Would not recommend this Hooters to anyone. Used to enjoy it but it has definitely gone down hill.

Disgusting! I went to the restroom before ordering and happened to be in a stall next to a Hooter’s server (I could tell by the shoes and nylons). Not only did this employee not flush the toilet, but she DID NOT EVEN WASH HER HANDS! I could not believe it. My husband and the couple we were with left immediately. Employees need to realize their customers see when they do something disgusting and it does hurt the perception of the business, especially a business that already has a reputation for being sleazy. Managers, please emphasize to your employees that they are a reflection of your business and they should at least follow basic cleanliness guidelines, if not because they are required to do so, but for their own personal hygiene. Nasty.

Hooters, I like what you’ve done with the place. The remodel makes it 10 times nicer. They moved the bar out by the window so you don’t have to watch the people cook anymore. While some claim you don’t go to Hooters for the wings, they are actually really good. I had their Daytona Style and I actually think they are equal to, if not better than BWW. Their menu is more than just wings but I haven’t tried anything else. (I just come for the wings remember!) Full bar with a pretty decent beer menu. Just don’t be a creep.

Clean bathrooms. Didn’t need to put toilet paper on the toilet seat when taking a sheezy.

These guys were great — it’s a big football weekend but they were happy to give us one of the big screens to watch supercross! The drinks are always good, we had a great server. I never go for the food, so I’ll leave that out.

The food is mediocre and the service was ok. Wasn’t too impressed with the food menu.

Absolutely the worst Hooters I’ve ever been to. Took about 15 minutes to have a waitress take our order. (No it was not busy). Waited 45 minutes for shrimp, grilled cheese and some boneless wings with fries and cheese.
Finally received the food and the fries were overcooked and crunchy. The cheese they gave me was a brick and you hold the cup upside down and nothing would drip out.
The wings were also overcooked and very tough to chew through. Next time I am in town I will NOT visit your restuarant. I will tell all my family and friends in the are to not show up there.
I did not even receive and apology from anyone at this establishment

They have very nice chiken wings…
Since we went there at night 10 PM, i did not find much croud.
I felt Hooter is over hiped for hooter girls, but under hiped for food. I found food is more interesting.
Had good time.

Good god can someone make 2 out of the 5 line cooks wash their hands? I spent 40 minutes at the bar eating watching 2 of these guys touch everything but a bar of soap. The guy cooking the burgers touched everyone’s bread, buns, burgers, and scooped out the shredded cheese with his unwashed, bare hands. 3 of the guys appeared to be pretty diligent with wearing and changing out gloves. Good thing most customers sit in the dining room and can’t watch these 2 prepare their food or they would take a pass on eating here.

Went there with my fiancé as we stood at the entrance over 5 mins waiting to be seated. Not one waitress or hostess paid attention to us until I finally went over to the bar and requested to be seated. The waitress just said «um OK, just sit over there» basically shooing us off. As soon as we sat OURSELVES down another couple came in and without hesitation the hostess came over and sat them offered menu ect. We didn’t even receive a menu. So we politely got up and left. Service is terrible depending on what your RACE is. Yes I pulled the RACE card. If I could I would give them NO STARS… I suggest the management look into that. My fiancé and I went over to Sky Deck instead and was greeted as soon as we walked into the entrance, seated and wanted on immediately. I will never eat or suggest to anyone to eat at that particular Hooters location in the Mall of America!

Worst service ever. Restrooms smelled horrible and the cooks never changed gloves even after picking up from off the ground and eating!

Pleasantly surprised with the size and flavors available for the wings, great on wing night. Beer was a good price for mug sizes. If you’re there for the cheap wings and beer, its a good deal.

I’ve never been to a hooters before — so why not make my first hooters experience be in MN in the mall of america.
So i came here with my friend and her family hanging out, drinking beer, chatting and trying to make winky eyes with some of the waitress gals. Sadly — none of the girls returned my winks — and so i gave up — sad and dejected — but my friend’s little brother — who happened to have had his birthday coming up — we told the nice young ladies that it was his bday.
Guy was turning 16 and they did a little dance around him and took pictures with him. He was glowing! He never had so many cute girls all over him taking pictures with him! He was having a great time! We all did b/​c the girls made our day better!

Was craving chicken wings, and decided to go to Hooters to get a takeout order. We wanted plain fried wings, so we opted for the Naked wings (sans the sauce). The chicken was flavorless. You’d think they’d add some salt to season the chicken or breading!

Hooters is Hooters.
In fact the original one started in Clearwater, Fl where is close to where I live.
Are the girls hot — sure
Are they nice — sure
What I care about is my food.
I ordered a buffalo chicken salad work blue cheese dressing. Curly fries with cheese.
Shouldn’t be that difficult.
Took forever for the food to arrive and it was messed up.
No cheese — asked over and over again for it.
And they gave me ranch dressing.
C’mon people…
It’s just little mistakes like that, that annoy me. Lack of attention to detail.
Plus people who sat down after us got their food way before we ever did.
She couldn’t even bring out the fries?

I know it’s a Hooters but you can’t beat their wings, fried pickles and curly fries. Drink specials are always good here and it’s always a fun time when we come here with friends and you get a lot of food for a decent price.
I have friends who were or are Hooter girls and I have always met such nice girls who work here. I think they get a bad rep because of what people perceive of the restaurant but I say get over it!

No, really. Their wings are actually pretty good.

If you like wings and thighs everywhere, you should stop by. I would also recommend it if you need a place to rest your feet and watch the game. I actually can appreciate what Hooters has to offer.
Shopping can create quite the appetite and it is hard to eat inside of a food court that exclusively offers Pepsi products. Being the Southerner that I am, we boycotted until we could find a place with Coca Cola products. Once we make the hike to Hooters, I ordered my soda but decided to slurp an Angry Orchard instead. After all, I was not driving and a same day shopping trip to a mall as big as this one was quite the experience. I needed to sleep on the plane back.
Our server was nice even to us girls and the food was prepared quickly. We had a nice quick refuel without breaking the bank. …Maybe one day they will add a few men to the eye candy mix.
