Jimmy John’s

This location is always busy but I’ve placed online orders in the past and gotten quick delivery until recently. I don’t know if they have had a change in management or what, but it can now take up to 30 minutes to get a delivery! With my last order I didn’t get my complete order. When I called the store the manager said she couldn’t refund my money, she could just give me a credit for my next order… WHAT NEXT ORDER!

I really liked Jimmy John’s Subs, but they raise the prices to the point where we don’t eat there very often at all. (perhaps once a year) Unlike Subway, their bread actually had some texture/​chew.

Terrible service! Their veggie sandwiches are totally flavorless. We asked for peppers on the side when we drove up and were told that is against corporate policy. Verified this with the manager of the store. Thought we were just running into a jerk of an employee. The manager told us it’s a corporate policy and «ask Jimmy why.» Seriously?!! The sandwiches were the worst! Potbelly’s and even Subway is better than this. Now on my way to make a call to corporate about their stupid policy. Give me a break! Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Last time I will ever eat at this joke of a place! On the bright side, their service was jimmy john fast. That’s because no one else was dumb enough to try it and there was no wait!

Every time I eat here, it is always fast service and fresh food. My only complaint would be that when it gets cold outside, the soda lines sometimes freeze (has happened 3 times when I went there) and I cannot get the desired beverage to compliment my sandwich.

Appreciate that they deliver directly to the airport Holiday Inn. I wanted a good substitute for the big dine-​in menu and this was just right. Fast, friendly and fresh. Just what I needed after a really long day.

I dont know what it is about this location of Jimmy John’s but EVERY SINGLE TIME I order from here they screw it up. I’m not sure what the issue is. I say side of hot peppers they come on the sandwich, I say add mayo– no mayo in sight, LBI? fahgettaboudit, theyre taking ALL the bread out. I don’t have a complicated order. I get the same thing every time and have never had any issues at any other Jimmy John’s locations. Most are fairly competent. Unless you absolutely have to (which you don’t) I would advise going to any other location for your sandwich cravings.

I think Jimmy Johns always has a lot of employees ready to take your order and they are pretty good but i thought $ 8 was kind of expensive. I can go to Subway and get about the same size sandwhich for about $ 5. But I understand, to some people they just think Jiimy Johns is better. I dont think I agree though.

I really like JJ’s, the subs are good and you can add any topping to your sub. I am very picky and just get the ham and turkey plain.
The staff is friendly and helpful and is waiting for you to order your desire.
Can be busy through drive through and at times indoor during lunch time. I like the fact they have an outdoor area and they delivery.

I got delivery and it was indeed fast. Sandwich was great but the cookie wasn’t great. Was disappointed that they don’t have any soup. The chips would have went great with some good soup.

I really enjoy their Big John and the bigger version, the Hunter. When I normally visit or have it delivered, they are usually pretty quick. I’ve never actually been in the restaurant to get my food.
The parking lot at this location is very small, and shared with several other businesses, so it can get very tight during the lunch or dinner rush.

It’s all about the Eye-​talian Club, mmm mmm good. The sandwich is packed full of goodness, a bit greasy because of all the good meats but man it is worth it (make sure you get the hot peppers).
The restaurant has appeared clean every time I have dined in, no food poisoning yet (fingers crossed). It is nice that they offer delivery, but make sure you speak with a clear voice and spell out your address or it will take you an hour to get your food. How does Woodland Ave. sound anything like Linden St.

I always liked Jimmy John’s in college, and I only get it when I come back to visit my family.

My mom and sister had told me they got food poisoning from eating Jimmy Johns. Against their advice, my husband and I started to eat here semi-​regularly. The last time we ate there, he got very very sick and had to go to the hospital where they advised it was food poisoning. I have not gotten sick from eating here, but it’s definitely not worth it.
