The chicken from here is so freaking good! The skin of the chicken is unbelievable! And their rice is really good too!

Good food and fast service.. employees can be a bit more friendly but overall good experience.

Juan Pollo is a good alternative to El Pollo Loco. The chicken and sides are delicious. I love the potato salad, cannot find it anywhere else. The service is prompt and the staff is friendly! I love the convenience of ordering and the order being ready pretty fast! Simply delicious!

Juan Pollo is a great place for carry out rotisserie chicken. We get some each time I visit the Inland Empire for family gatherings. The chicken is flavorful with a nice finish on the outside & moist on the inside. The family size meal includes two chickens, and large sides of beans, potato salad, and rice, as well as tortillas and pico de gallo sauces. The beans are tasty, and not too thick. The white/​yellow rice is fantastically flavored with chicken, and the potato salad is wonderful. The pico de gallo sauce was super, with peppers and carrots. I prefer the spicy. I had the horchata, an amazing beverage of rice, almond, and cinnamon.
The service was prompt. No, not just prompt, it was lightning fast! The staff was smiling, friendly and polite. Gracias for a great family dinner!

I used to go to the original Juan Pollo years ago in San Bernardino. Then this location opened up, so I started coming here since it’s closer to me.
I’ve never had an issue with this place until last time I came. They messed with the potato salad and that’s a no-​no. Other locations are not consistent with the potato salad and this location always has been until last time. Employees can be a lot more friendly.
Everything here is bomb. The chicken, potato salad (when done right), rice, beans, salsa and tortillas. I have ordered food from here many times for catering, great prices and lots of grub.
Decided to come here for din din today and it was bomb. Everything was on point. I always get the Family meal that comes with three whole chickens and the XL sides. Enough to feed the Family and have plenty of left overs for the next day.

It’s Juan Pollo! They have the best rotisserie chicken in the U.S. hands down!!! I am addicted to their tacos at the moment.
No matter what location you go to the food is always consistently good an taste great.
I’m only giving this location four stars because the woman that works the cash register here is rude. I have called in an order and it was not ready when I came to pick it up. (They were not busy) I have had to repeat myself to her several times when coming here and she never smiles and is never in a friendly mood.

I don’t normally give 5 stars to fast food places, but this place has such amazing food that I can’t really give it less. We have never had a bad experience here, and it is absolutely and beautifully affordable. The chicken, the salsa, the tortillas, the potato salad (best in the world, by the way) are all so delicious. This is by far one of my favorite places to eat! :)

Can you believe I got here and they told me they have no chicken? That’s all they sell. How can they have no chicken? It’s not even closing time ?!? It’s 6 pm. What a dump. Just called the owner at 909−238−0554 and he said sorry that happens. No, I’m sorry, I’ll give you a free drink. Nothing. Instead he referred me to kfc. LAST TIME I COME TO THIS PLACE. Poor management and lousy employees. But I guess if the owner doesn’t care, why should the employees?

Uhh, This blows the loco place outta the water! The chicken tasted so much better and the potato salad and rice sides were delicious. The lunch special was a great portion for the $. I will be returning soon.

Stopped by, had a lunch special. Chicken was moist, service was with a smile. Had to use the bathroom. It was nice n clean, definitely a plus!

I have order catering items many times and eat there often. I ordered a full tray of potato salad; I picked it up about 3:00pm on a Saturday. I went straight home-​I live about 2 miles from Juan Pollo. I put it over ice and had my party. The potato salad went into the fridge about 10:30pm that evening. I didn’t open the salad again until Monday morning, the salad had one bad already. I spoke to the manager Jose and he said should have lasted at least 2 days., and maybe I should call corporate and speak to them. I did. I waited for their call, after 4 business days, I called back. Supposedly they called me before, but no missed calls. Anyway, they spoke to the owner and told me, too bad so sad. He didn’t want to give me some sort of credit for it. I had more than ½ of the salad left. Corporate said that the salad should have been in the fridge at all times. I said I am not asking for a full refund, just some credit and Mayra (the person who took my complaint) said, the owner Martin was not willing to do that. She kept on apologizing, not her fault. Nothing corporate office can do because since Martin-​The owner did not want to do anything else, nothing they can do. I think it’s wrong that corporate doesn’t want to get involved, there is a reason they have corporate. Nonetheless, they have lost a customer. Perhaps a bad review that might cost more than what I was asking would be a wake up call for Martin.

I love Juan Pollo but the customer service here is HORRIBLE!!! The staff didn’t want to serve us even though it was 20 minutes before they closed. They encouraged us to go somewhere else. Then when we were eating outside (because they said we couldn’t eat inside), my mom noticed she left her purse inside and the employees didn’t want to open the door, instead they hid. And then after banging on their door they finally came out. They proceeded to tell us to clean up after ourselves. NEVER coming to this location again!

Someone went crazy with the salt shaker today, my gosh, that chicken skin was so damn salty, and that’s my favorite part too! Knocked 1 star off for that. Everything else was good, rice, beans, potato salad, flour tortillas and my soda pop.
Service was pretty quick for a lunch rush, I might give them another try, but lay off the salt please, my tongue went numb eating your chicken.

The chicken was good along with the rice, salad and beans. But service needs improvement.

This is my favorite chicken chain! I’ve been coming here for years and I still get the urge to do the chicken dance after every experience! From combo meals, family packs, and catering meals, they do it all. I shouldn’t namedrop but this is way better than that other similar chicken chain *cough* Pollo Loco *cough*.
Big difference between the chicken here and at Pollo Loco is the way they’re cooked. At Pollo Loco it’s grilled which makes the meat charred and dry. Here it’s roasted in a rotiserrie which allows the chicken to have a nice flavor on the outside while also being juicy inside. They do have a less variety of sides: rice, beans, potato salad, and corn. Though limited, this means they do those sides extremely well. I could eat a whole tub of rice or potato salad if I wanted to! There is only two salsas, spicy and non-​spicy pico de gallo. They’re good but a bit too watery for me.
Looking for healthy Mexican-​style chicken that isn’t fake and gross-​looking? Give this chain a chance! You have to be a crazy chicken not to!

I frickin love this place! The prices are very reasonable, the potato salad is the shiz and the chicken has flavor. Beans and rice are good too ;)

sooooo I’m n love wit a lil place called Juan freakin pollo. I’m onli ratin their rice, beans and papas. I love their papas sooo much. when I go to my boyfriends house and when his mom makes her potatoe salad I’m lovin it fo reals. But sadly she don’t make it often. My mom tells us to get rice, beans and papas for dinner to go wit our chicken. When we get home and eat it I’m like its probably gonna b watever, but I dip my fork in tat stuffed 4 oz tub and I was n heaven it taste just like my boyfriends moms. When u go here and get their rice beans and papas they pack it like so tat there is lil air room which is a good thing. So if u come here u will deffinetly get o
