I have always been a fan of lululemon for years since they opened the first store in Bellevue WA. I moved to MN and went to the store in mall of america & i would recommend whoever shops at lulu for the first time, they should go online first cause they might encounter the rudest sale people at the store. Honestly tho, i picked out some shirts and before i even tried them on, i decided not to get them cause i had shirts similar bought at lulu online. So to be nice, i found a sale girl to give it to her instead of just putting the items wherever. You know what she said «hey find any girl at the fitting room to give it to». Dang why do i hate coming back there so much. U might recognize her right away. She has very short and very ash blonde hair. Like a guys hair in a girl body. I feel racist whenever she stairs at me too cause my gf and i went there for a few times after that too

Walked by the store and his energy and smile MADE us walk in! We couldn’t resist it was like a tractor beam #startrek #yesimanerd
The store is beautiful, clean and the entire staff is so personable and helpful. They don’t pressure to buy and they listen fully to your needs and requests before answering. If I had a retail location I would hire both Cameron and Trey immediately.

So this was the first Lululemon store I’ve been to. I was really excited when I found out that the MOA has this store.
What I found annoying was the people that worked there. I was looking at some crops, and the lady working asked what I was using them for. Hmmm… are ya stupid? I told her weight training. She looks like she never benched anything in her life, let alone did some squats. Her response? «Oh ya, ya that will work great!» Yeah lady, sure, keep talking.
Walked out & didn’t buy anything.

Two words about the customer service at this Lululemon store: «Fake-​Nice» (except for Cali girl Clare-​she was actually really nice).
Decent selection, but not worth the bad energy. No sales tax on clothes makes it alluring to spend the cash!

This store is really a great place to go for sports gear. It’s a really beautiful store and their products are very high quality and thoughtfully designed. I just wish they had more quantity for each item. There’s a huge selection of styles and items but you definitely can’t always get the product you want in the size/​color you want. I also wish they had a better sale selection since this stuff is super expensive. The free yoga classes each weekend make this store even more likable. All in all, two thumbs up!

Super.
Just go for the product. Put on your patience hat because it takes a long time for the «sales» associates to recognize that an actual customer has wandered in. I will head all the way over to West End in the future, which is a long way off because these goods last a lonnng time!
