Took 3 hours to deliver after calling multiple times and them claiming it was on the way

Delivery takes too long for a medium 1 topping??! They apologized… pizza was pretty good though for the price.

Pizza was delivered late and cold. I live only down the block. This place used to be OK, but not anymore. Staff takes no pride in their product. So many more options for great pizza in town.

Received an email that I had a 50% off coupon for online orders. It was a Tuesday evening and my husband and I decided that 50% was too good of an offer to pass up. We ordered a large half pepperoni half mushroom and onion pizza. We asked for it «well done» because when we haven’t in the past, the pizza crust has come under cooked and mushy. We went to go pick up the pizza and Papa John’s was not busy at all. 3 people working and only one other customer, no phones ringing. We made the mistake (never again) of not looking at the pizza before we left, because the girl working had checked it to make sure they put our extra garlic butter in the box. Upon returning home, we saw that the pizza was burned to a crisp. The crust was almost black and the toppings burned. There was a good amount of pepperoni, but there was not very many mushrooms or onions (I’m assuming they got burned off?). Wound up wishing we had just made frozen pizza instead of spending money on a burned one. Will not be returning.

30 to 40 minutes turned into 2 hours on a Thursday night. Pizza was lukewarm at best, still paid 16 dollars for something i could have bought at schnucks for half the price. Papa johns has done this to me before and I let it slide but now it’s inexcusable. I didn’t think it was coming so i went to bed only to hear the door bell ring 2 hours later with my «fresh» pizza, waking my baby up. Loved the papa rewards program which is why i ordered papas in the first place but after 4 or 5 of these instances I’ve had enough. Truly disappointed papa johns, i won’t be ordering from your store again. Would give zero stars if I could.

Good like other Papa Johns no complaints

We used a coupon that we had from the local paper. This pizza was real good and we like the garlic butter & pepperocinis they include with it. We got carryout and it was reasy in like 20 minutes which i thought was very fast. The service was real good & I’ll be visiting here again.

When did Papa John’s start using so much bland salty cheese? Maybe it’s been awhile, but I remember it being A LOT better. So we had an hour wait, and when it finally came they didn’t bring our soda that they charged us for. I would have given them two stars, but that was annoying.

Best Papa John’s location in town for quality pizza. Highly suggest you do pick-​up, though. Delivery consistently takes one hour or more (even at 3pm on a Wednesday when you are the only person in town ordering a pizza).
