PC Max has been keeping my business technology functioning at top performance for 10 years. They have built systems appropriate to the needs of me and my team with my budget in mind. And when I have a problem, they are there for me, as they know I can’t make money if my computers don’t work.

DO NOT GO HERE. I went to PC Max to buy a charger for my laptop since they were open later than the Computer Clinic. First of all, they charged me $ 70. Then it broke and I brought it to the Computer Clinic and they figured out they gave me a bad charger. Having them look into it cost me $ 22. In total it almost cost me $ 100 for a charger. If you need work done on your computer GO TO COMPUTER CLINIC, their customer service and quality of service is 100x better than PC MAX.

I called the IT guy I have used for years and told him my iphone would not sync with Microsoft Outlook anymore. He didn’t have a clue how to fix it. So I called the guys at PC Max and they were able to fix my problems. According to Dillon at PC Max, my Apple iphone and Microsoft Outlook had «conflict resolution» issues that needed to be worked out and they were able to get Outlook and my iphone calendar talking again. I have a small business and depend on my phone and PC to talk to each other. I appreciate the speed with which PC Max did their job. I would recommend them highly!

Chris (the owner) is almost always there — and his team has been together for a very long time.
These guys are pros — they know what they are doing — and they can also repair Ipads/​iphones etc! Stay away from the big box stores… easy parking makes it even better.

We normally take care of our own computers, but my wife took a relative’s desktop PC in last week where there was no backup and they did a good job helping us. The computer had multiple problems and was not worth saving. I recommend them when needed, but we purchased a new replacement for under $ 300 online, so if in doubt, buying a new PC looks pretty attractive now, especially if you have been doing your backups.

These guys are pretty good. Been going to them for years, and they are helpful when my computer has problems. They sell new and used systems. Small shop. Honest people. I like them.
