I dropped my Christmas dress off Tuesday afternoon to be dry cleaned. I picked it up this morning and there were stains on it, and the buttons were missing. The buttons on the dress should not have even been touched if they properly cleaned it. Now I am stuck without a dress, and they won’t even give me a refund for the services.

Yesterday left a light coat at this location to clean and was told to pick it up today. Today the person there gave me my coat and I found all spots and dirt untouched. I even sniffed the coat and didn’t feel any smell of chemicals. When I showed all problems to the lady there, she told me that the cleaner did not have TIME! to do a better job and that I don’t need to pay!
Pilgrim Cleaners recently bought out the Hallmark Dry Cleaning at 90th and Penn in Bloomington and now it is only a collecting place. They drove out of business one of the best cleaners in Bloomiongton.
Stay away.
