Pitaya has really cute clothes and cute accessories! As a first timer at Pitaya, I noticed the material of clothing were decent for the price in the store. I loved the accessories and chic clutch handbags. The quality isn’t the best but if you take the time to go through a few items, you’ll notice some nice tops and bottoms. They have really nice belts and many cute earrings and rings for accessorizing your outfit. The tops by Audrey were nice but it was a bit expensive for the average quality. I’m guilty of purchasing accessories because they are super cute and very affordable! Some clothes you can buy at H&M or at F21 at a better price. If you can’t find anything in stores, check out their online website! As for customer service, I can’t say the associate working the floor at Pitaya enjoyed working. She wasn’t too interactive with her customers and minded her own business. Overall, I give this place a 3 with average service.

The clothes here are usually a hit. It’s easy to shop(color coated and decent selection), and the style is consistently chic and clean cut. However, the customer service is lacking for the atmosphere. I spent about 45 minutes in the store on my last visit intending of purchasing at least $ 50 worth of merchandise. I wasn’t greeted once(not even at the door), offered help, or even properly let into a fitting room– when I asked at the counter, she pointed to an opened room, didn’t count my items, and didn’t let me know what to do with them afterwards. I was fairly disappointed. The associates hovered at the register having personal conversations. The store wasn’t crowded, but of the handful of customers only select groups were greeted and helped. I only bought half of what I originally wanted to as a result of the service… Which is too bad, because this store has the potential to be awesome.

shop here if you have no boobs(we’re talking anything over an a-cup, folks) and love cheap flimsy see-through material that pills after like two washes. and also if you enjoy eavesdropping on the conversations of shallow skinny whores who love all of the above.

Pitaya is a nice change of pace from your typical mall stores. The staff is very friendly and helpful. In response to prices mentioned by other reviews, aside from high end jeans, the tank tops and dresses are reasonably priced, usually around the 20 dollar range. The only draw back might be the disorganization of the racks. Since the clothes are organized somewhat by color, its difficult to even recognize that a shirt may happen to come in a variety of colors. Also, dresses anre scattered in with tank tops and shirts. It’s a bit chaotic, but then again, it seems this is the way most mid-price range stores are structured these days. –Paige

This is such a cute store. Funny, I am from Long Island, but the review below me couldn’t be more wrong — there is no way you’d see«two long island chicks at a bar» with the same outfit on, since we have NO pitaya anywhere near me. I visited here on vacation and found that they were priced moderately and had great clothes compared to «back home» They have a variety of sizes and I actually couldn’t find many things in small because they were sold out but there were a plethora of sizes left. I got some very cute stuff here, I loved it!

If you are a big city NYC/Long Island chick, Pitaya is the place for you. $ 25 tank tops; $ 100+ jeans; everything in size 00, 0, and 2; Long Island awesomeness. And all the girls, shop here, so at the bars, you see everyone in the same pant/shirt combo — in different colors.
