Pizza Hut

I ordered 2 med pizzas and the person on the phone and I was told t would be there in 30 minutes. After 55 minutes I called and I was told they are two hours behind. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me that the driver would be here in 15 minutes. She blamed it on the new guy not knowing how long it would take. She also stated she only had one driver. Only one of my pizzas was delivered an hour and 20 minutes from the time I originally ordered two pizzas.
After the driver come to my house he told me the driver/​manager said she did not want to drive any more. That’s why they were behind on deliveries. He stated he was the only driver. He gave me one of the two pizzas I ordered and apologized for the delay and sorry they screwed up my order. He only had one of the two pizzas. I was telling him that the manager offered me a $ 15 credit and I wanted to know was it for the current order or the next? While he was talking to his manager on his cell she blasted out that I was a prick and said the credit for for the next time I ordered a pizza. Drive said he was so sorry for her calling me a prick and the one pizza was free.

Ridiculous wait time for 2 pizzas! They told us it would be 10 minutes, we have been here 50. Still waiting. No water offered, no apologies, and there’s NO ONE else here. Absolutely no reason for the wait to be this long.

This location has numerous issues. They are extremely understaffed during the day. There was only one employee making pizzas and waiting on the customers and one delivery man. The employee, Michael, who waited on us, didn’t remember to ask if we needed drink refills. He almost never came to check on us and wasn’t overly talkative or friendly.
The cleanliness of the restaurant was a big issue too. When we got there, all the tables in sight were dirty and the seats covered in crumbs. A table was full of dirty dishes. On top of that, the bathrooms were horrible. The toilet seat and the floor were gross, and there was an unpleasant odor in the men’s bathroom. This was surprising as no customers were there when we came and Michael could’ve been cleaning on his down time.
Despite the lack of customers, the pizzas came out undercooked and underwhelming. Half the dough still was gooey on the pan pizza. The stuffed crust pizza we ordered was the thickness of a thin crust pizza, which was unpleasant. The toppings were sloppily thrown on the Meat Lover’s and not enough pepperoni were on the stuffed crust pizza. The food was definitely below standard Pizza Hut quality.
As for the checkout, Michael didn’t give us an itemized receipt. He only gave us the credit card signature copy. We neglected to ask for one, but we are so used to them being provided. The receipt would’ve been handy to determine why the meal came to cost so much for only two pizzas and four drinks. I felt we didn’t get what we paid for at all.

HOW DO YOU MESS UP PIZZA!!! The staff there just doesn’t care. I asked for hand-​tossed, they gave me thin crust. Both times I ordered from this location the pizza was very under cooked. I referred to it as «soupy pie.» I would NOT recommend this location. Problem: It’s the only Pizza Hut in the area. Solution: Mother Bears and Papa Johns are both down the street!

They have a «buffet» at lunch time here where they put out 5 or 6 pizzas at a time and you can get a fac simile «caesar salad» for a mere $ 0.75 additional cents.
Excellent place to take kids.
