I *love* this pizza place. Perfect crusts, fresh ingredients, and really nice folks who deliver at all hours of the day and night. Plus, you get loyalty points, which can rack up quickly. A very nice thing if you’re a student! Their sicilian style pizza is really, really, *really* good. The crust gets all caramelized and amazing — — - I can’t really explain it, but try it and I’m pretty sure you’re love it! Their«fatties»(pepperoni & cheese stuffed breadsticks) are stupidly good, and all their stuff freezes well, by the way. It’s great to pull out a slice or two of pizza from the freezer and have it taste almost as good as freshly delivered! I like B*Town better than Avers, but on-par with Mother Bear’s(which doesn’t deliver to me). I really enjoy their pizzas, and so does my family, which hails from Brooklyn and Staten Island, so you know it’s good! Fugghedaboutit!

I ordered pizza from BTown Pizza again because I wanted to try their thin crust before writing their pizza off. The thin crust was awesome. We ordered the B-Town Bargain with a thin crust pepperoni pizza. The pepperoni is more flavorful than pepperoni from other pizzarias at comparable price points and the overall quality and flavor of the pizza was great for cheap eats. We will definitely order pizza from BTown Pizza in the future, but only the thin crust.

This is not the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten, but it is a long, long, long way from being the best. After three bad experiences that ranged from not getting what we ordered to problems with them accepting their own gift certificates, we give up. Their gimmick of letting you have as many toppings as you want for free is just a gimmick — you may get multiple toppings, but the total quantity of the toppings will only add up to one(we had to search out pizza several times to even locate examples of the toppings that we had ordered). And one of our pizza was only about 50% covered with cheese. Three chances, three fails. We will not order their pizza again.

So since reviewing, my boyfriend and I have ordered BTown twice.(Yeah, I know I eat too much pizza. That’s not the point.) Both of those times, BTown has screwed up our order. They added an extra topping on once, and the second time they inexplicably charged us $ 2 more than it should’ve been. What the heck! My boyfriend was too nice to say anything, but if this happens again I’ll have to say something.

This is my new pizza default. The regular crust is fantastic. The mozzarella is particularly better than anywhere I’ve gotten real cheese(tho they also have a vegan option) Most places have that high-fat/low-protein stuff that’s just shy and creamy(still talking about the mozzarella here, not the vegan cheese), but this stuff seems to have a higher protein content which makes for stretchy, chewy deliciousness. The way pizza slices looked on TV in the 90s. This stuff is ninja-turtles worthy.

Bloomington has some great pizza places, and this new spot might be my favorite of them all. Beautiful New York-style pizza!!!

BTown Pizza is new to Bloomington this year and already it’s my new favorite. The pizza is cheap and tasty and they offer great deals. They have all kinds of pizzas(all the usual ones plus some really imaginative specialty pizzas like a chicken pizza with hot sauce instead of pizza sauce and another cheesy one with olives and sundried tomatoes — good stuff for you meat and cheese lovers). I always eat pizza without meat and dairy and BTown is the only place I’ve found with a vegan pizza right on the menu. I love it! The sauce is a little spicy(which is awesome) and the pizza is baked in a real oven so the crust is just right.
