We used Pritchard’s for a tune-​up for a Ford truck. Charged us $ 48 for an air filter that my husband had replaced a month earlier for about $ 6! In all, the tune-​up cost $ 1100! Then, drove less than 20 miles and there was a severe brake problem (after they were told to look at the brakes). Replacing the brakes was another $ 800. I could give you more details, but the bottom line is, the really overcharge. We won’t be using them again.

Been going to Pritchard’s out in New Unionville since before they were Pritchards. I believe a lot of the same people stayed from when it was Barrows. So that makes 16 years that they have worked on all our cars (i count 6 including now our kids cars). suffice it to say they have managed all our needs both big and small, from checking out cars we were considering buying, to changing a timing belt, replacing a steering wheel and I have been very happy with their work and their professionalism. And this from someone whose friends call Doubting Thomas

Very unprofessional. Used service last year for a dead battery and recently had the same issue. Used them again and found they charged me more this time, charged me for things they said would be included in another price and wouldn’t compromise given their mistake on giving false information. Not only did they not compromise but the owner, Jeff, was VERY rude during my conversation with him about the issue. DO NOT use this place at all!
