Nice place! Lots of options for sandwiches, including a Thai tuna wrap. Seems a little lonely in there as only one person was there and that was the woman working. She was very polite and handed me my to-go bag personally. It felt like my friend’s mom just made me a sandwich before I go to school. The lettuce was green and crispy, which surprised me because I find lettuce to be either green and wilty or crispy and white.

The main reason they are getting one star is because I have never been treated so rudely by a cashier in my life. And for the record — I *was* a longtime customer, despite the fact that incorrect orders are extremely commonplace at this location. I waited about 20 minutes past the delivery time, and received half my order. It was a simple soup and sandwich order, that arrived with no soup. Already aggravated from the wait and incorrect order, I called the store and asked for compensation. My tone was aggravated, but I was not rude(until I started being treated rudely.) Highlights with the a-hole I spoke with include: –Being talked over –Being ranted at in an attempt to justify why they messed up(«We have a NEW order system, we have a LOT of orders,») even though my attitude, prior to that point, absolutely did not warrant it. –Being told«You’re lucky I’m even compensating you at all.» –Being put on hold multiple times while he audibly complained to at least three other coworkers about the angry woman on the phone. –Being given incorrect information multiple times.(Ex: I can’t refund your ONLINE order unless you physically come to the store to get your card swiped; saying he was a manager when he wasn’t(and if he was, God help Roly Poly, but he eventually forwarded me off to «the manager» so I have to assume he was lying,) that he would need to know every last condiment and item on the roll-your-own sandwich to issue a refund… the list goes on.) Customers get aggravated, guy. It’s a fact of life. But unless –they– are in the wrong, and unless they call up screaming and insulting and swearing, you have absolutely no reason or right to treat them the way I was treated. Consider a new line of work if your people skills are this inept. All told, it was a 90 minute experience with nothing to show for it except a cold sandwich, no soup, and high blood pressure. It will be a long time(if ever) before I give Roly Poly another chance.

The staff is super friendly! Fast service, I usually eat here on my lunch break… Delicious wraps, although it’s hard to order something other than my usual, when I do I am never disappointed!

Great place for hot or cold wraps. Healthy and yummy food. Meats and veggies sliced in store and you can tell the quality and freshness. The #30 Basil Cashew Chicken is good along with a grilled RYO(roll your own) where you get to pick what you want on it. Delivery is fast and prices are very reasonable.

Always satisfied… never disappointed. Great sandwiches with a wide variety from which to choose. The restaurant is clean and well maintained and the staff is always friendly and very helpful. Great place to eat or for take out!

When my wife went to IU, we would eat here a lot when I would come to visit her. Now, whenever we want Roly Poly we have to come to this one because none of them exist anymore in central Indiana. Although, it is definitely worth the trip to Bloomington! Their wraps are kind of pricey, but well worth it! They have a large variety of wraps to choose from. So, if you’re ever in Bloomington you should try this place out, I think you’ll like it!!!
