This is an insignificant outfitter that is barely offering minimal customer service and pricey half decent products. I bought Mountain Hardware Fluid 32L. In three months, the cinch string snapped. When I asked for repair/replacement support, the staff told me Seaview Outfitter ended contract with MHW so they can’t help me. The owner wasn’t even present at the shop. When he emailed me what they can do for me, effectively he said«here is the link, do it yourself.» LINK! Just a LINK! Shipping back to MHW for repair cost me $ 16. If it was REI or Sierra Trading Post, my cost would have been ZERO or negligible. I contacted the owner again to see if Seaview Outfitter would reimburse me some of the cost of ship because they should stand behind what they sell and have sold. They wouldn’t care enough for their customer to help us, but no response for a month. I followed up, no response. Every time I walk in the staff there aren’t enthusiastic, there aren’t variety in the products they carry, and customers seem to know more about the outdoor gears than the whole staff. All in all, I’d say that this is a small«hobby» outfitter, where you don’t expect customer support when it’s not convenient for the owner. Just buy and go, forget. I’ve never had a more disappointing experience from an outfitter. Even a small shed of an outfitter in Brule, WI, was friendlier and competent. The brand they carry is expensive for the low quality of the items. If you are an avid adventurer, don’t think you can depend on the Seaview Outfitters. If you are a fashionista or need an expensive looking gift, go there, buy something, remove any tag that link back to them, and never think back. Save your money for REI whose customer service is excellent online AND at retail store.

Carries Kuhl clothing. My favorite for comfort and style. I couldn’t find the size I wanted on zappos and went to this store and there isn’t was. Keep your eye out for good sales
