I have bought several shoes from here and have been pleased. Recently I was sold a pair if those running shoes that give you a more natural feel (which means no cushioning). They let me exchange them back for the shoes I normally run (asics nimbus) when I gave up on the natural shoes. Thank you so much for the great customer service. More I am back on track!
