First off I just want to say that I got a guy who gives me free tile. I filled up the bed of my 2001 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 Duramax 3 times with that free tile. Although i have only laid 4 tiles in the basement that I started tiling 15 years ago, I still enjoy telling everybody«I got a guy.» Anyways, the reason I’m giving 5 stars is because if I didn’t have a guy, I’d shop here. Lloyd is the best! He spent a lot of time helping me fill my order. He was very knowledgeable, understood his products and my clients needs. I feel very comfortable sending my clients here I know that they will be well cared for.

Really needs to work on the customer service. 1. gave my email address for the receipt and even spelled it out. What happens? wrong email address & no receipt. 2. I called them to find out status of order as it was late 3. went to pick up and order wasn’t fully there, was promised a call to notify me when it would be in. 4. I called them to find out status of order as it was late, again 5. They still hadn’t ordered the damn missing piece. WTF. How hard is this? There are businesses all over the country who are starving for paying customers. When you get one, don’t you want to make sure you keep them? The one star is simply because I can’t give them less and I actually like the tile that we got. Beyond that, fire up your kiln if you have one.
