I love this store so much! Everytime I come to Mall of America, I make it a point to come here and buy something! The woman who owns it/works there is really friendly and informative! This is really the best place to go to if you’re looking for cute stocking stuffers, or little gifts. There is something for everyone here at Typo and I highly recommend it. They have little cute mason jars, lanterns, notebooks, stationary, pens, gift wrap, journals, diaries, coffee tumblers, etc. I recently purchased the CUTEST magnets for my fridge in my apartment with funny sayings and cute dogs! You won’t be disappointed coming here!

It’s a hipster Pinterest Instagram come to life! Looking for a moustache notebook? Stuff with owls all over it? «Ironic» greeting cards? Stuff that looks handmade or from Etsy but was likely mass produced in China? If this all sounds great, than Typo is the store for you. I’m not going to lie, a lot of the stuff they sell is cute and I was tempted to buy a ton of it. Fortunately, Typo goes for complete authenticity by staffing the store with bitchy hipsters meaning I was completely ignored while the staffers debated about single gear bikes(or whatever it is that hipsters go on about). Their rudeness saved me some $$$, so thanks Typo!

When in Minnesota… Make up a reason to throw a party and then head to Typo at the Mall of America. Seriously, I die, this store had me at, «Hello!» Possibly everything that I ever wanted to dabble in and love in ONE store. Cute office supplies, sassy notebooks, party decorations(and not cheesy ones, cute ones you thought you could only find on ), craft supplies, and other whimsical treasures can be found at Typo. I promised myself that my plan of attack at MOA would be that I would only spend a few minutes at each store — just because of how big MOA is and that I only had half a day to shop at MOA and play at Nickelodeon Universe. But what I didn’t plan for was finding Typo at the start of my shopping adventure as soon as I entered the MOA doors.(Public apology to my hubby for making him wait so long while I explored and fell in love with Typo — mind you, it was a 30% off EVERYTHING day. Because, ya, I wasn’t in there for just a few minutes. #planfail) But, when I say they had the cutest sh! t ever… they really do. Gawww, I really hope Typo finds its way to Hawaii to open up a store that has just about everything I want to use to throw a wedding shower, birthday party, or any other unknown unnecessary party. Typo is based out of Australia and I really hope they consider Hawaii as an option for a Typo shop.(Hello Typo owners, please please please open up a Typo in Honolulu — if you need me to run it, say the word! haha) I will say, though, thankfully they have a shop online( ) and I will def check it out. So if you are in the MOA neighborhood, if you are like me, I skipped the shops that we already have in Hawaii, and spent a chunk of my time at shops like Typo. Typo is a keeper MOA and definitely a must-see-and-shop-at!
