Walser Collision & Glass

As a former employee, I can honestly say this is a great place to get your repairs done. I have brought in my family’s car and my own car before for work. All of the guys are very thorough and honest. Speed is also a priority for them!

After not getting calls returned from another garage I called in talked to Dave, told me to stop in whenever to get estimate. Stopped in later that day and scheduled drop off for repair two business days later and repair all finished before weekend which was three business days. Nice work, they talked with insurance and best part was car was vacuumed, wiped down and washed.
Would recommend.

Walser fixed my car quickly considering the damage done. I noticed something that didn’t look quite right and took it back to them. They fixed it without hassle. Sometimes I think businesses define themselves not when everything goes right (though that is important), but how they treat their customer when the customer is unsatisfied. These guys took care of it!

I was in a 4 car collision where rear bumper and hood were damaged. Car was in the collision center for about a month, due to trying to find decent parts that would look new (insurance said my car had to have second hand parts if available and in premium condition). Outcome was a nice looking car once again where the inside and outside were detailed beautifully as well! I did argue about why my car’s exhaust pipe that had billowing exhaust coming out as when I brought it in, it didn’t have that problem and I worried that something had gotten bumped while they were installing the new parts. I wanted them to check it out but was refused that and said I should now take it to my dealship for testing and if the results didn’t have to do with the collision that I would have to pay for the testing (even though I was told initially their place had the capaibility to do that too and without the fear of having to use money from my own pocket). So, kind of a twisting of the truth which miffed me I guess. All said and done though, the exhaust issue went away and so I’m going to not worry about the car and enjoy it instead. :)

Took longer than they said and not satisfied yet. Mark, the general manager, said that they would keep working until i was satisfied. I will keep you posted. As of now, the jury is still out.

After following up with Mark regarding some of my concerns, he treated me with a great deal of respect and courtesy which is seldom seen these days. I appreciated his kindness, honesty, and sincere concern to my comments, and through our conversation, was able to come to a mutual agreement.
In having spoken with Mark, I can honestly say that I would have no hesitation in recommending Walser Collision & Glass, and would highly encourage anyone to do the same. Every concern I had, Mark graciously addressed and I feel very confident in saying that the company stands behind it’s product. I would have no hesistation in returning for service in the future.
Based on my experience with Mark, Walser Collision & Glass definitely lives up to my expectation in the Walser name. There is a reason I have purchased two vehicles from them, as they genuinely care about their customers, and this experience, while not without hiccups, was no different. While I hopefully do not need any auto repairs going forward, I will be returning based on Mark’s great service.
