So disappointed. You have to have consistency in the product to have a good business. One day I’ll get a tuna sandwich that’s as expected and be satisfied, and the next time my tuna is in huge dry chunks with the smallest amount of mayo imaginable. Their other offerings are delicious, but again, very inconsistent at this location. Also: we are always served white bread no matter how many times we specify wheat. This location can definitely become a stellar one, it just needs consistency.

Sorry I was creeped out by the person making the food and left without ordering. Sorry but the big nose ring and big stretched out ear lobes just makes me loose my appetite!

This is actually a 0 star review. Nothing about my experience was pleasing. In a rush, I placed an online order for Which Wich in Bloomington. It said it would be ready no later than 5:16pm. That works, I thought, since I needed to be on the road by 5:20 for a meeting. Well, I’m there at 5:10 and immediately go to the pick-up area. Upon flagging down an employee and telling him I had an online order, he abruptly turned around and continued working on another customer’s food. 1st red flag. I then figure, I’m early, so I sit and wait, hoping that my food will be ready no later than 5:20, when I have to leave. 5:20 came and went, with all attempts at getting attention unsuccessful. 2nd red flag. In a angered mindset, I approached the counter at 5:40 and told them I had food that was supposed to be ready at 5:16 and was here to pick it up. The employee’s reply: «We don’t check online orders». Strike OUT. Excuse me? I go online for convenience and because I’m rushed and those aren’t even looked at? At this point, another employee comes and tells me to fill out bags for what I ordered(2 sandwiches and a shake). And of course, there are 7+ bags in front of where mine would be, which should have been completed by 5:16. No, I didn’t fill out bags. No, I’m not fixing your colossal screw up. I wasn’t in a position where I could waste another 30+ minutes on my order somehow getting ‘lost’. I missed my meeting and haven’t enjoyed any dinner yet. Due to not getting food and the EXTREMELY unprofessional response from these employees, the charge will be disputed as I did not get the product ordered(food at 5:16). Which Wich, don’t allow online orders if they’re just getting thrown away. Don’t place online orders here. You’ll be disappointed by the employees and service. For decent food, I won’t be visiting again.

Just had Which Wich for the first time the other day! I loved the ordering system and my sandwich was pretty good!

Which which is kind of like a more expensive subway but their bread is better and they have way more options.

Their seafood salad sandwich is pretty good, and it’s more fresh than Subway’s. It is also very good interns of the price. Pretty affordable sandwich in the town!

Which Wich always has my back when it comes to food and getting what I want. Mainly because it’s all about you custom making your own sandwich(or bowl), no matter how crazy you get with that red marker. I think they offer a little more options like the bowl, but I always stick with the classic sub. They do offer a ton of choices, but I’m a vegetarian who doesn’t eat onion and garlic so I’m happily stuck with the vegetarian bag. From there, half of the spreads and sauces and some of the add ins are off limits, but I still have quite a respectable pile of options left. I usually go for the artichoke hearts. I loved how they added them in because I don’t remember them when I first found out about Which Wich several years back. I went at around lunch time and it saddened me a bit that there was only one occupied table. The place is pretty decently sized, but I guess with its surroundings, there’s too much competition. While I enjoyed my lunch, I watched as 4 groups entered into the Chipotle next door not to mention the line I saw for the deli place across the street, though there were two more tables that came after me. There was only one person behind the counter. Two people popped up later when the second set of customers came in. They took a while at the bags table figuring out what they were going to get. I ordered mine in a large with a cup of water so I could save my half for later and then the remaining half of the gargantuan monster of a sub would be for my hubby, just in case he couldn’t eat anything offered during his schedule. My sandwich was delicious, as well. After all, it was catered to my taste buds! I finished most of my half and re-packed it in the foil before getting a plastic bag. All in all, a pretty good experience. The cashier dude who helped me was nice and helpful. I got my sandwich within 5 minutes since I ordered it hot/toasted. The facility seemed pretty clean and the large windows let in natural light. Awesome location as well! It only took me around 7 minutes to walk over from the hotel. The only issue is that the sandwiches always get soggy after a while. I supposed with the stuff I get in it, it makes sense. :) This just means that it will leak from the foil if you’re walking around with it in your backpack for the next 5 hours, so that plastic bag is necessary.

I normally dislike going to new sandwich or sub shops because I hate staring up at the menu while the employees stand and wait for you. Here, before you even go to the register, you pick a brown bag with the type of sub you want, and then use a marker to check off desired toppings. I thought this was a clever and innovative solution. I ordered a meatball and marinara sub. While the sub was substantial and filling, the meatballs tasted like school cafeteria food and there was almost no marinara. When I walked up to the counter to ask for more sauce, I saw one of the employees cutting meatballs in half from a large bag of frozen meatballs. Meatballs are very simple to make, so I judge any restaurant that doesn’t make their own. The employees were friendly, the atmosphere was okay, but at the end of the day I really didn’t enjoy my food.

Fun idea! Pretty much any kind of sandwich your heart desires can be made here. Even toasted! Doesn’t seem very busy at any time which makes me feel like it’s not a hot spot. What’s the deal?

Came in on Sunday 11÷2÷14 at 1:00pm. Paid $ 35 for 3 sandwiches. Place was dirty, no clean tables and the bathroom I was scared to touch anything. One guy taking orders one lady making sandwiches and another guy texting. Wouldn’t sell me French fries because«they go on the gyro».

I usually hate sandwiches. But at which sandwich, I just loved that. The sandwich I got was so fresh and almost crispy and very very tasty. The staff is very friendly and polite. The variety of sandwiches also good. Their homemade cookies and shakes were also awesome in every aspect of it.

Fun place to get sandwiches from the clever way to order using your sandwich bag to mark what you want on your sandwich to the homemade house chips. We got 4 different sandwiches and all were very tasty! The milkshake was a hit with my nephew and they offere a variety of different drink… not just sodas! I would definitely come back and prefer this over Subway or Jimmy Johns!

Really good sandwiches. I have tried the vegetarian one with the black bean patty. The one good thing about this place is that you can also order a bowl-wich, its just like ordering a sandwich without the bread. I ordered that too with the black bean patty and 2 seasonings and it turned out to be a really filling salad. The service is quick, staff is friendly and prices are very reasonable. A great place to have a light lunch.

Favorite sandwich place in town and I love their milkshakes! Caprese sandwich and chicken pesto sandwich are my favorite. It is not too fast but it’s delicious!

Went for the first time and got chicken salad which was basically a mayonnaise sandwich with a few cubes of chicken in it. Lots of choices but very little quality. Save your money.

I’m not personally a fan of this place because I feel overwhelmed by the number of choices. BUT my kids love the place and we got treated so well here last time we went that am am 100% sure we will be going here again. The prices aren’t terrible either, which is a huge plus.

Food was fine, but staff was rude. If you know what you’re doing maybe you’ll have a better time, but it took me a while to figure out their system and nobody was around to help me. Then the cashier asked me if this was my first time there, I said yes, and she just laughed and carried on. I probably won’t be back.

This is a super fun idea. Not too great if you are indecisive or have a pre-made sandwich in mind. I think it really says a lot, if while I was eating, I was trying to calculate the number of sandwich combinations. Not easy, I must add. So, I will be back many more times. Concept: walk-in, pick a bag with your desired meat(or veggie selection) written on it, select the other toppings you want to try, give it to the cashier and ENJOY. So fun! I cheated though, i prepped with their online menu and made my sandwich before I left. I happen to be of the indecisive persuasion. :-D

Love this idea! I saw these little Which Wich shops sprinkled all around the midwest, but had never tried one out. I was not disappointed. In fact, I did a little research and saw that they have one not too far from me in Phoenix. I’ll definitely be checking that bad boy out. So for those of you who don’t know… the concept of Which Wich is genius. Especially for those of us who are sandwich lovers(and isn’t that everyone???). You pick a style of sandwich, grab a paper bag, and check off all the tasty ingredients of your choice. So easy and so awesome. I tend to be the indecisive type when trying out a new restaurant and I felt quite a bit of relief when I saw the no-pressure paper bag system. I love that you can take your time deciding what you want on your sandwich… no one breathing down your neck to make a quick decision and get out of line. On our recent Which Wich experience we happened to be behind a large group of pre-teens who all ordered separately. By the time we placed our order I thought it would take forever before we actually received the sandwiches we ordered. I was surprisingly mistaken. We didn’t have to wait long at all and I was even more surprised that the sandwich was so delicious. Like really really good. A fast-food type sandwich shop where I can pick whatever I want on it? Yes, please! And I literally mean WHATEVER I want. They had so many options and everything I tasted was great. I can’t wait to try out another location soon. Subway…you may be in trouble.
