Honestly disappointed. they charge you more then what they have on the menu. they charged me $ 18 dollars for a combo popcorn chicken and a fat elbow which were $ 5 and $ 7 on the menu. the delivery man was even confused with the price and called the restaurant. The lady continued to be rude and just said well that was what i was told to charge them. she said she was suppose to charge us $ 7 and $ 9 and $ 2 for delivery. Probably wont order again because of false charging.

Place was empty. I was the only one there. It was noon. Kinda scary. I did not even hear the phone ring. Oh boy, not a good sign. Too bad I noticed all of this after I ordered. I ordered a small grilled chicken Caesar salad, on a salad kick lately. It was like I was having an out of body experience. Place was cold, empty and all I could hear was Adele in the background and 2 people fighting in the kitchen. Heard a bang that lasted what seemed to be a minute. Sounded like a metal bowl fell on the floor. Then a big BOOM, like heavy door slamming. So, was that my salad that fell… I waited almost 20 mins for a salad. Not sure why I waited that long. But I was catching up on emails on my phone. Then I heard the lady say my salad was ready. She apologized for taking long, but they cook their chicken fresh for every order. wow, I thought, that is a good thing. Man this is going to be a good salad I thought. After paying $ 7.50, off I went. Back to the office. As I was carrying in my salad, I thought dang this thing is hot. It was in one of those white Styrofoam containers that seem to last for years/decades before they even begin to think about decomposing. So I get to my desk and open the container, smelt great. Tasted a small piece of chicken, wow. This is really good, and hot. So not most of you are thinking, wow, wonder what that hot chicken did to the lettuce and croutons in that non-environmental friendly container. Well, I probably could have sucked up some of the lettuce with a straw. **sigh** The small pieces of chicken were great. The larger ones I do not think were cooked all the way through. They had a weird texture when I was eating them. Almost like a rubbery texture. I could«hear» my teeth going through them. I guess I am not meant to have a salad, I thought this place was going to be it. Maybe I should have eaten there, would it have been better? **sigh** Maybe if they let the chicken cool to a bit. I would have preferred a good tasting cold chicken and crispy lettuce and croutons. Guess I should have read Unilocal before making a choice of places to go. So back to the chicken, Around 2:30, the numerous trips to the bathroom confirmed the chicken may have not been cooked all the way. **sigh**

I went to Frank’s for lunch today. I got there at 12:05, so they had already been open an hour. I was the only one there. The guy behind the counter took a personal call in the middle of taking my order, wrote my order down wrong, and spent the duration of the conversation playing with the mozzarella cheese for the pizza with his bare hands. There was pizza in the case, but it had clearly been leftover from some day before today. There was buffalo chicken pizza with blue cheese drizzled on it, and the blue cheese had craters and was beginning to mold. I would have left then, but he’d already charged my credit card, including an extra dollar for the thing I didn’t order. At this point he says, «Take a seat, gorgeous. I’ll bring it out to you. You new around here? I typically remember pretty ladies.» So much no, sir. SOMUCHNO. I proceeded to sit and wait for my food while he went in the back and started banging pots and pans around. The front door was open and it had to be 40 degrees in there. I was shivering. 20 minutes minutes later(12:25) another employee shows up, and he proceeds to explain to her what I ordered so she can make it. Why my food hadn’t been started yet when I was the only one there, I will never know. I sat there freezing, and that poor woman clearly had other duties to attend to before she could make my food, because not one thing in the kitchen had been prepped for use. I got my food at 12:47 and left. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and french fries. Clearly rocket science. I recently moved to town, and lived very nearby. It’s good to know first hand how atrocious this place is, so I can be sure to never return.

Yes i agree with all the reviews. Even though i worked there this isnt biased opinion. I have suggested many things in the past but change to these people is impoasible. You cant have a good working respectable business if your not willing to put in the money. Inspectors should really do surprise inspections

Don’t eat here. I bought a pizza and it was undercooked and the crust was chewy. There’s a place almost immediately across the street called Tri Pi and it’s a million times better. Go there instead.

The minute I stepped inside the restaurant the smell pulled me back but thought of still ordering the food. Ordered the eggplant parmigiana and after the first bite threw it in the bin. The restaurant smells, food is cold, stale and bad. Shouldnt have stepped in after that stench once you enter the restaurant

This location has had a few different pizza parlors over the last few years. This is the newest one. It is also the worst. The pizza was bland. The service was okay. But the walls were covered in menu. Not to mention menu in the windows. This place seems to offer a lot of different options. But maybe they should just work on making a decent pizza. I imagine this place will be out of business in the next 2 years and another pizza joint will take its place.
