Once again we stopped by here on our way to NY and they are out of numerous bread, come on your a damn bakery how’s that happen. Prep area is dirty and there is a broom sitting right there. Got my salad and no avocado. Well never again.

Probably the most consistent and clean out of most Panera Bread locations I’ve visited in the area. They always are well-stocked even well into the evening and the customer service is cheery, upbeat and friendly. Probably one of the best and healthiest places to stop along the long stretch of 80 from Grove City all the way out to the Poconos for fast food, not kidding. Great scenery looking down from the hill of 80 and the mountains looking West.

Typical Panera bread, I rarely go to chains, but every now and then I do. Typical great service that you always expect at a Panera Bread. I like the smothies and breakfast sandwiches, the pastries look great, but i’m not touching them.

Stopped in here for a break while driving cross county on I-80, while the young girl at the counter was extremely friendly and upbeat, she was the sole bright spot in this location. The fact that they were out of bread at 7pm, not just my first choice but the next two as well, shows the lack of quality control at this location. Over flowing garbage cans in the main room as well as in both bathrooms showcases the weak management here. There are better options located at the same exit.

We are fans of Panera and this is undoubtedly one of the best places to stop along a very long stretch of I-80 across Pennsylvania. In fact, we time our trips so that we hit exit 232 around lunchtime. Our experience is that this particular Panera is up to the standard of the chain’s other locations, which I find to be very good. We have found it to be clean, the staff to be friendly, and the food to be well prepared. So I am puzzled that others say that they have had a less than satisfactory experience. The quality of the food is much better than other competing chains and it’s the reason that competitors such as Friendly’s are having so much trouble — never mind the low quality of the«fast food» burger, pizza and chicken competitors.

This jewel is the last outpost of civility for untold leagues in all directions. Because Bloomsburg eateries cater to drunk college students and those that enjoy the warm company of farm animals, it surprises me that this place is even here. I suppose academics and those averse to camouflage keep this place afloat. In addition, they make good sandwiches!

This Pannera is poorly run! Our orders came back wrong twice & the place was filthy! Hardly any tables were wiped off & the restrooms were disgusting! We have been to many Pannera’s & none of them were like this place! We won’t be back!

This Panera stands as an oasis of good eats on the fast food dominated corridor of I-80. A minute off the highway and you can grab your favorite pick 2 combo with coffee that will beat any truck stop. It has become a must stop on our long road trips. The service is fast, friendly, and the food is predictably good.

So happy to have Panera in BlooM! The delicious food is perfect for a rainy day! The catering services are right on! A little pricey, but ready to eat makes it worth it!

I’ve been here several times in the past, however, I won’t be back. We had three pick two’s. My husband’s grilled cheese was crisp on one side, soft on the other. My brother-in-law’s tuna sandwich consisted of onion, tomato, lettuce, and a tablespoon of tuna salad. My panini was burnt on one side. Unfortunately I didn’t notice that until I bit into it and got a mouthful of black. Yuk! I took it back and I replaced it with the Fuji Chicken Salad. I asked for dressing on the side and no onions. Of course, it came with onions and a ton of dressing on it. It was soggy and tasted old. We all had tomato soup. Sub par. it used to be good. My brother-in-law tried to save his meal with coffee. Good luck there. It tasted burnt. All that and no apology for the burnt panini.

We were driving from Pittsburgh to Boston, and stopped here for lunch. The food was very good. There were 5 of us and we all got soup and sandwich or salad for $ 6.99. Of course, we got premium salads and sandwiches, so it was a bit more than that. The food is freshly prepared and very good. We were happy to see Panera along our travels because our only other choices seemed to be fast food, and that didn’t excite us. We also got dessert, such as a cookie for the road. The food is always good and always consistently the same.

Great place to kick back with a coffee and one of their great baked goods or even one of their great soup & sandwich combos. They have a great staff, always warm and friendly, a nice clean restaurant and free wifi.

After growing dissatisfaction with low-cost, low-quality Subway sandwich chain, I bit the bullet and pulled into the Panera Bread located in Bloomsburg, PA. The menu and pricing appealed to me as a single, male, 20 – 35 year old with an interest in quick-service food made from quality ingredients at a higher price point. I chose the Mediterranean Veggie made with Zesty Peppadew™ piquant peppers, feta cheese, and Jalapeño hummus on a Tomato Basil bread. It was a subtle but clear cue that I am a man of finer taste and sensibility. The glaringly obvious omission of meat signaled that not only am I a health-conscious consumer but that ethical concerns drive how I spend my quick-service food dollars. The artisinal sandwich designer and I exchanged a knowing look as he handed me my food. I knew that he knew and he knew that I knew that he knew. The interior design was modern yet welcoming — a hypoallergenic, energy efficient natural gas fireplace created an upscale, retreat-like atmosphere. A place I could take my young family or perhaps where I could chat with my career-driven, upwardly mobile girlfriend about starting one. After completing my dining experience, I took to social media to evangelize the brand among my peer group.

THANKGOD. Four stars alone for Bloomsburg getting some decent chain restaurants. Convenient location, tons of seating, and fast service make this Panera a win in my book. I enjoy the familiarity of the soup and sandwich combos and always leave here satisfied for very little money. Of the Panera chains I have visited, this is one of the cleaner and speedier ones. A+

Great food, always tasty but I always seem to spend at least $ 20 for lunch of dinner for two people. So therefore I disagree with the ranking of a single $. Don’t have any complaints

This place is not advertised from the highway, and I never would have known it was there if I hadn’t seen the other reviews on Unilocal! As far as the food: If you like Panera food other places, you’ll like it here. The thing about a chain like this is that you always know what you’re getting. It is the same at this location as it has been at every other place that I’ve tried. The difference at the Bloomsburg location is what has been mentioned in other reviews. The place is spotless! A restaurant this clean and well maintained is a rarity, especially for a quick stop off the interstate. Additionally, the service was incredibly friendly, and also very quick. We arrived just in time for the lunch rush, and still received friendly and quick service. The«baker» even came around the restaurant to chat with everyone and pass out free cookies. Nice! Now that we know it is there, we will probably return, often, as it is right along a route that we drive with some regularity.
