What a horrible experience and waste of money. Not at all on par with the standard of service and food one typically expects to receive from Outback — they need to shut this place down. Waiter was unattentive, steak was bland, tough and served at room temperature and the salad came out 2 minutes before our entrée and required a microscope to find the toppings. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

Food was below outback standards. Tea tasted like water without any tea. Would not recommend this outback. Food not cooked as requested.

Outback is always great but my meal was made outstanding because of the great care of my waitress Morgan. She was kind, attentive, and thorough. I will definitely be coming back.

So far not so good. When we sat down the waiter said I’ll be right back. He wasn’t. 8 minutes later he shows up. Keep in mind there are only 8 tables with customers in the entire place. We order drinks and an onion. It takes 5 minutes to get drinks and 23 to get the over burnt onion. On a scale of 0 – 10 the onion was a 4. It has to be said that we live here and have eaten here on 2 other occasions with similar outcomes. We decided to give them 1 last shot. Redemption didn’t appear to be in their cards. Service was verrrrry slow but to be fair I believe our waiter was the only one working. We ordered the 22 oz. Bone in ribeye, which came out timely and a little under cooked but was very tasty. We probably won’t be back.

This place is seriously awful. Even with new management, this place continues to disappoint. I probably order takeout once a week from here and I am not exaggerating in the slightest when I say I have NEVER gotten an order completely correct from here. This most recent time, I watched Melanie, the manager, check my order so I felt fine leaving without checking the bag, but when I got home, my desert wasn’t there. When I called back, the take away server, Amber, apologized and thanked me for calling… then hung up. Didn’t tell a manager or ask if I even wanted to speak to one. This place is very consistent in how poor the food quality and service is. If I didn’t have gift cards, I would never order from here again.

Outback has held its own again. The Firecracker salmon was perfectly cooked and well-seasoned. Service was prompt and friendly. Really enjoyable meal.

Absolute worst Outback we’ve ever visited. My wife sirloin & shrimp medium well with mashed potatoes and rice. Well sirloin came out medium rare with French fries and rice with no shrimp. I ordered 9 Oz sirloin with snow crab legs. Well, crab legs were dry she’ll and meat became one. Asked for different legs absolutely no difference. Driest steak ever close to beef jerky.

Service was great! Becky was a great and anticipatory bartender! Paul, the new GM, greeted me to check to make sure that everything was going well. The food was timely, hot and delicious! Melanie continued to insure that my dining experience was perfect!

Brought dinner not cooked to order, had to send it back. Everything else was to perfection. The signage for this establishment is extremely hard to see from the street, if it’s even there at all. The men’s room absolutely filthy.

Had a great visit here! Our server was awesome. He was new but if he did not know the answer he gladly found out. I am always very happy with the food here and love the sugar plum martini!!! Bread with honey butter, you can’t beat. I had a problem with my first drink. .was not made correctly and they gladly fixed it.(Sugar plum is normally a season Christmas drink but they have evrything to make it except the gum drop garnish). Get the Outback 365 app and can keep an eye out for great deals such as a free blooming onion or $ 4or5 off 2 entrees.

Staff was nice but chicken was dry and tough, portions smaller than 2 years ago. Overall disappointment — we will not be back.

Outback used to be one of my favorite chain steak restaurants. Lately they have short on portions and quality. The outback special sirloin steak is a different cut and is tough. Also the house salad is smaller and there is very little green lettuce. The service is always good. Outstanding cheesecakes and carrot cake. But unfortunately their steaks are no longer a cut above

My family and I stopped here for Sunday lunch. The restaurant was about ½ full so we were seated right away. After placing our orders(nothing ordered was too complicated) we waited for. Full 40 minutes to get our salads. After asking the waitress to inquire about our food, our meal arrived about 10 minutes later. 50MINUTES to be served. Needless to say there are issues at this Outback as our food was cold and less than desireable. The manager did stop by to apologize and explain they were having«issues in the kitchen.» That’s not within my power to control but stopping here again in the future is within my power. I would pass this Outback and look elsewhere.

Hostess: Cordial at first. Very unhelpful when I asked her to find our MIA waitress. Waitress: MIA for long periods of time. When she arrived after a long waiting period, I first thought she must have been on break. However, I noticed the sweat on her forehead. She could have been doubling in the kitchen. Whatever? She was MIA multiple times. Management: I never really saw a manager. If I had gotten the chance, someone’s ears were going to get the wax blasted out of ‘em. That place was lacking from the management staff down. Very unorganized for a national level chain restaurant. Food: Par for the course. Nothing special. It took us nearly 2 hours to get out of that place. All because of having to wait soooo long for everything. 18% gratuity? Revisit: I will never visit this location again. Texas Road House is better. If you like steak from the Blowing Rock Area, GOTOTHEPEDDLER in Boone, NC. They are much better there at serving the guest. No MIA waitresses or unidentifiable management staff.

Many have been to Outback, of course… I haven’t been in a while, but not much has changed. We went on a Thursday night while out of town because we had a gift card to use. Started with the Alice Springs Quesadilla, eh… it was okay. Had garden salad for me and Aussie soup for him and both of those were pretty good… honey mustard dressing was very good. I had the Alice Springs Chicken, which was plentiful in size and fries, always too many but both were good! He had the New York Strip and ordered it medium well and it was barely medium(yuck in my opinion, but he liked it) We had a great waitress and since we were using a gift card, it was pretty inexpensive to go… other than that… it’s Outback… you kinda know what you are getting. Decent food, good service and always busy… pretty consistent choice for a meal.
