I’ve been going here for years. Pats is your typical old school barbershop. Lots of sports memorabilia. Pat has been doing this a long time and always gives you a great cut. If you want to talk he’ll talk. If you don’t want to say anything then just sit there and get your haircut. I highly recommend this place if if a «barbershop» is what you’re looking for.

A classic barbershop that will give you one of the best haircuts of your life. I honestly didn’t think places like this existed anymore — an old school barbershop. Who knew I would find one tucked away in Blue Bell? Pat’s is that place romanticized by your father/grandfather, a place where a man could get an excellent inexpensive($ 16 in this case, cash only, no credit cards) haircut. Pat himself is very gregarious and friendly, more than willing to show you his extensive Phillies collection or comment on baseball, all in a thick Italian accent. Be sure to ask him about hanging out the Phillies players in the late 1970’s — the man has plenty of stories, and if he’s not busy you can chat with him for hours. But what about the actual haircut? As I indicated before, Pat provides his customers with an expertly cut hair and is willing to accommodate your individual style. I was in and out of the chair in twenty minutes(but of course hanged around to talk baseball). I went during the week after 4:30pm, and there was no wait. If you’re a man in need of a good haircut, or just want to talk sports for a while, Pat’s is your only option. You owe it to yourself to come here and come here regularly.

I went here today to get a cut. Pat is great. 31 years of cutting hair — no nonsense, great cut and great price. As he was cutting my hair, I never faced the mirror. So I had no idea what it was looking like. But he cut, styled, dried and combed my final cut. Turned me around to see it in the mirror and it was perfect. $ 16 plus tip — just a fantastic deal. If you want a great cut for a great price, check him out.

Pat’s is a great old school shop filled with sports memorabilia and the kind of place where the waiting patrons talk to each other about the days events and sports. Pat is a great guy and an even better barber. Perfect for men and boys alike and always does a great job. Great cut and the price is very fair.

I needed a quick cut and went to Pat’s with no expectations. To my pleasant surprise, it turned out I should have expected a friendly Italian guy with a big personality and a love for Phillies baseball. He did a great job with my hair, doing just as I asked, all while talking about Italy, sports and the heat. Very quick and only 16 bucks for a man’s adult haircut! Madonna Mia!

This is an old school barber shop. The décor is sports memorabilia and dude stuff. Very good for a straight cut, and a chat.

So I went to Pat’s without any real knowledge of him other than the other Unilocal review, but I am soooo happy that I went. He gave me the perfect cut. I always am nervous when I get my haircut, but after the one cut I got at Pat’s I will never be nervous again if I keep getting it cut there. He also cut it fast. I was in the chair and out in like 15 minutes. I will highly recommend Pat’s.

This has been my go-to barber shop for the better part of my life, and I’m glad for the experience. Pat is awesome… not just Italian, but super-Italian, and even though he has been in the country for decades he can still be hard to understand. Thats ok, though, because he can give a good cut like nobody else. He’ll have other people helping out during the busy times and they do a great job too… I prefer Pat but I’m not gonna be the guy who takes a pass when its his turn. The place is really small(three chairs), the waiting room smaller, and the parking lot almost not even there. You can park around back but I never do that, as needing to do so means its really busy and it will take a while. I just swing back later in the day(I’m talkin’ Saturday), and it usually has calmed down a bit. It is right on a very busy street and can be easy to miss but its worth all the effort. Its full of regulars, and the kids of regulars, and to top it all off Pat is a huge Phillies fan, so there is memorabilia all over the place and the games are always on. If you go during a weekday Pat will be engrossed in a soap opera, which is kinda weird but also kinda awesome. He almost got me hooked on Days Of Our Lives. Since he got a satellite hookup you’ll sometimes find an Italian soccer match on the tube, which is even better. The BEST part? Pat sponsored a local T-Ball team for years and years, and if you look at the very first picture of the very first team he ever sponsored, you’ll see my smilin’ face wearing a Pat’s T-Shirt. I still think that should get me some sort of discount, but thus far, no dice. Doesn’t matter, I’ll keep coming here anyway.
