WARNING !!!
this has to be the WORST DD i have ever gone into. while yes it looks all nice and remodeled i was rather repulsed by the man (i will assume owner/​manager) of the establishment.
i went in there for a friend to get them some coffee (which of course was not made correctly)
BUT in the meantime while i was waiting on the coffee i seen soooooooo many flies in this place and landing on the donuts i thought i was going to be ill. i had planed on using a coupon and purchase some until i saw this. when asked if i wanted any to go with my coffee… i replied NO thanks not now, there are flies all over your donuts its disgusting… sooooo the woman there says ok throw them all away (which we all kow they didNOT do) but this is the clincher,
the man said to me, well flies like donuts too !! i was like seriously? wtf… you are telling a customer this??? he didnt say to much after that and i just walked out… i will NEVER go to that one again…

This place is always clean, however, It is my least favorite out of all the DD I patronize. They don’t seem to know what «Medium coffee, extra cream and lots of sugar» means. I’d been hearing about the new Frozen Hot Chocolate at DD so I stopped in this morning to order one. When the cashier rang me up, he told another worker/​food preparer to make a frozen hot chocolate… they didn’t know what he was talking about. So he said, «They don’t know… I’ll make it!» He took a cup, pour plain chocolate syrup in it then filled it up with the liquidy-​ice mixture they use for coolatas. Since this would be my first time getting this drink, of course, I don’t know what to expect. BUT!!! I do know that I didn’t order a chocolate Coolata, which is pretty much what he gave me. It tasted like exactly what it was… chocolate syrup with ice in it. It wasn’t the rich chocolatey taste of the DD hot chocolate that I was expecting.
The crazy part is, the guy who made it asked me, «Is this how it’s supposed to look?»
I’m thinking… which one of us actually works at Dunking Donuts… how the hell am I supposed to know?
I won’t be returning… plus they overcook the hash browns every time.
