Uh, yeah, there were NO cool indie coffee houses displaced here, trust me. This is a serious upgrade, even if it is in a Target (also an upgrade), it is also mere blocks from my house now.
Opened yesterday and they got bumrushed with customers from open to close — and I’ve been there twice already — chi-​ching — I mean thrice. And — AND — they refer to the neighborhood correctly on the website — MORGAN PARK (let’s see if Unilocal follows suit…)
Was that minute increase in our property values because of you baby? Awesome.
