Wingstop

This place fails in every aspect of anything. They always forget at least two things in the order and will keep you waiting for your food if you don’t keep bothering them about it. I waited 20 minutes for one order of fries

The soda was good. That’s it. I would go across the lot to Panda Express. A $ 7 meal is excellent. I don’t have a big budget for eating out. Wing stop on 119^th wasted my money. I am not happy.

Pros– very good wings, reasonably priced (cheaper than BWW), great fries too!
Cons– When calling in an order for pick up there’s a large chance someone rude will answer the phone and rush you through your order.
There’s no garbage can in the restaurant… which is weird
They don’t have any real napkins or papertowels

I was here a couple of weeks ago. Me and my lady called ahead to see if they were still open. The last said until 11. So we went, for there about 10:11 and it looked closed, but someone was inside. We walked up to the door and it was locked. She unlocked the door after she saw us attempt to open it. No problem, whatever. We get inside ave the music was loud s hell and she was dancing while taking our order. Ok i get it, it’s late, you’re about to get off and probably go out.
My lady ordered a combo, i order wings only. She asked if i want a combo i say, no. I can’t do fries for dietary restrictions on potassium. I paid and she swiped the card. I then decide to get a pop. She said it comes with the combo. I said i didn’t get a combo. She charged me for the wrong thing. So i took the pop ave said just give me a coleslaw. We were the only people in there, and then add area security patrolman walks in and places an order. He leaves and comes back and gets his order about 15 minutes later. I say whatever, they gotta look out for who looks out for them. Then she told my lady they were out of blue cheese.
So after being there for 40+ minutes the order came up with 2 orders of fries. I let her know i ordered slaw, she gave it to me. I got to the car ave tested one of the wings and it was cold. I went back in and told the lady. She said it’ll be 11 more minutes for more wings. So i asked for the manager. Of course she said she was in charge. So i asked her, «if it only takes 11 minutes to cook the wings, why did i wait 40 minutes?» She had no logical reason and didn’t even apologize. I said just give me my money back. At that point i was so poised that my time was wasted and she made no attempts to apologize or rectify the situation. Then i saw a rest run up to the door like he was trying to get out the cold. Will not be back there. I wish these places would come to our neighborhoods and deliver service like it’s the north side or downtown. The price is the same…

Worst wingstop I’ve had. I tried them when they first opened and wasn’t impressed but I figured maybe it was a bad day and decided to give them a second try and the wings were worse the second time. The wings were super small, burnt and dry. They barely had ANY sauce on them. I only gave them 2 stars because I like the rolls and fries. Save your money and go to harolds across the parking lot.
