Doctor is great. Office staff is TOTALLY incompetent. Ordered glasses, they were the wrong color… Told me that office visits would be no charge, then changed their story and wanted to charge me $ 30 per visit to fit my a hard lens. Told them to order my soft contact. Never did. Then when I called them on the mistake, they ordered only trials in my prescription for the PREVIOUS RX. I have not found ANY medical provider on the mtn that is worth a shit. VERY, VERY disappointed… Doctor is great, but office staff cannot get ANYTHING right.
