Traveling from CO to MD with small children. Stopped during torrential rains. Met at the car with great young lady with an umbrella that took us in the store. Thank you so much!!! Great store. Wonderful employees inside and out

living close, this is a great location for me. my opinion is that their lunch and dinner food items are overpriced for what you get and pretty mediocre. but their breakfast is amazing! their biscuits are awesome and I’m in love with their chicken minis. the spicy chicken breakfast sandwich is great and the regular is just as good. their sweet tea is yummy also. too bad they aren’t open on Sunday’s!

I get excited when I see a Chick Fil-a while on the road because we don’t have them in NV. My favorite thing in the whole world is their chicken noodle soup. After driving for four hours in near blizzard conditions, that soup was all I could think about. I pulled in and ordered the 12 piece grilled strips meal with unsweetened iced tea(for the road) and two bowls of chicken noodle soup(for the hotel, still hours away behind the snow plows). He replied, «OK, so grilled sandwich and tortilla soup. What did you want to drink?» Remember, it was kind of blizzardy, so I wasn’t sure I heard him right. I replied, «Did you say sandwich? I said 12 piece grilled strips. With unsweetened iced tea.» «Did you want your tea sweet or unsweetened?» My rental car was a 4X, I considered driving it through his window. Finally got the tea and strips confirmed, got the amount due, pulled forward, everything was ready in seconds. Got lots of sauce. Love that sauce. Hours later, mouth watering for some comforting chicken noodle soup, I unwrapped my prize to discover… Tortilla soup. This dipsh*t got my order 100% wrong. Hopefully I’ll find another Chick Fil-a on today’s drive that will exchange them. 5 stars for yummy sauce… er…food, –3 stars for listening skills.

Place is OK, nothing great. Typical chicken sandwich. Comes with only pickle on it, which was disappointing. Fries are bland.

This location has a tremendous staff that set the bar for service in the fast food industry. I have yet to have a bad experience and I regularly stop by this location(I work pretty close by). I must say that throughout my experience with Chick-Fil-A throughout the country, excellence is pretty consistent to what I’ve come to expect from this chain. My favorite morning dish is between the chicken mini’s and the spicy chicken breakfast burrito. For lunch or dinner, I usually choose the spicy chicken.

I just watched an adult man throw a fit in here. I don’t care what he has going on, his behavior was unacceptable. Instead of throwing him out, like I wanted to do, the employees were kind and settled him down. Great customer service even when he didn’t deserve it. The food there was prepared spot on for us and came out quickly! Clean bathrooms, clean seating. Overall, good experience.

buns for the spicy chicken sandwich was crumbly, literally fell apart as I was eating it(or trying to !) This was during the Wonder Baking Company trouble time, so it could be due to a temporary ” Poor«supplier as I’ve heard others gripe about baked goods quality since Wonder went non-union and shut down, then re-open with way fewer jobs and much lower wages.

Inter-city commuters have to love this location as much as those living in an around Blue Springs… From highway 70, getting in and out can be fairly painless off of Adams Dairy. A tip for those headed back to the highway? There’s a median dividing NE Coronado, effectively making the entrance/exit to the parking directly in front of the restaurant a one-way. Rather than trying to deal with that via u-turns, consider driving around the back side of the shopping area(if you’re in the drive-thru line, just go straight). There will be a turn available to the left with a light that will put you back on NE Coronado and headed towards the highway. As far as this outlet, like most(if not all) Chick-fil-as, it’s great. The food’s hot and the counter help is exceedingly pleasant. It’s hard not to be a fan.

Great food, great service and great people. Very clean in both restaurant and restrooms. Peach milkshake is awesome. They took our order and then brought food to our table, no standing around.

I think this location has always been friendly and clean. I don’t think I’ve ever been disappointed by this Chick-Fil-A. As a local, I’m glad that we now have one near us; we used to have to drive all the way to Independence!

For those of you familiar with Chick-fil-a, there is nothing special about this location. This stop is about 30 minutes East of Kansas City. The restrooms, tables, counters are exceptionally clean. The staff is friendly and food is always fresh and delicious. For those unfamiliar with Chick-fil-a, please read on. This restaurant, based on the chicken sandwich, is a refreshing alternative for travelers tired of burgers and burritos. These establishments are closed on Sundays to promote spending time with your family. The food is delicious, milkshakes are phenomenal, and the staff is always respectful. I prefer to stop here on my commutes between Saint Louis and Kansas City, both driving there and returning home.
