I checked in online and arrived to the clinic after they text to say they were ready to see me. Still waited 1.5 hours to be seen. Not cool. I don’t understand why they couldn’t have waited 1.5 hours to text me since they clearly weren’t ready to see me.

I don’t understand the positive reviews because the experience was nothing short of horrible, Ancient doctor with NO bedside manner. He walked out of the office without answering questions. He had no time for me. Will never go back. The location at HHI much better.

This is not your normal walk in Doctor office. I have spent my entire life disliking doctors and hospitals alike. Elizabeth Rose changed my mind. She is awesome. Someone else commented that she is only a PA and not a real doctor so she isn’t qualified. Well, she has always taken care of me like no one ever has. I will follow her wherever she goes… She’s kind, respectful, listens extremely well, and just seems like a real person! Love her.

I came here after I hit my head and was worried I had a concussion. I didn’t have a GP and was not about to go to the emergency room. I was seen by Elizabeth Rose, PA, who I absolutely loved. The wait time was a bit long(it is a walk-in urgent care clinic, after all) but the quality of care was good. I think I paid a little over $ 100 for my visit because at the time my health insurance hadn’t kicked in. That’s nothing to sneeze at for someone like me who doesn’t make much money, but not at all unreasonable. The facility is very nice, easy to see from 46, and has plenty of parking. I would definitely go here again for urgent care needs.

Fantastic experience both times I have gone to Doctors Care. They accept most insurance programs. I only pay my $ 20 co-pay. They treated me very well. I went on a Friday and they called me back on Sunday morning to see how I was doing, remind me to take my meds on-time, and see if I had any questions.

Don’t go! While my experience wasn’t terrible, I went there thinking I was seeing an actual doctor, and found out while I was leaving that I actually only saw a physician’s assistant. This wouldn’t be so bad if I had paid $ 40. However, I paid $ 123 which is more than an enough to see an actual doctor. On top of that, I got sick less than two weeks later and called them back trying to get a second round of antibiotics and they said that they couldn’t refill it without me coming in to see them again. I guess it was more important for them to make money off of me than to make sure I was actually healthy.
