Excellent experience yesterday at target. I had a painless return of baby food that was disgusting! Blah! But they refunded me the money and I also forgot a bag of like plastic cups and paper plates but they didn’t have it. So they allowed me to get another set and take it with me! I was blown away by their customer service. It was excellent. I stayed longer and bought a pair of boots and some things for my son. Anyhow, as we were shopping around, the power went out. No big deal, life happens and just because they’re a big store doesn’t make them an exception! The staff handled it well. It was only a second that the power went it but all of their computers went down. they gave us 3 $ coupons for the inconvenience! I was pretty shocked. Let’s be honest, would you EVER receive that kind of customer service at Walmart? Can I get not only a no, but a hell no! It wasn’t a big deal and I left happy! Love target, I drive all the way out from Beaufort just to go here because Walmart suckkkksssss. Love the service here!

I cam to the Target to pick up an birthday gift for my Mom. The customer service in the aisles as well as at checkout was very good. This is a larger Target store than I am use to shopping at and had a good selection. I just wished that the fresh food section was better stocked. Overall a very good shopping experience and my Mom was extremely happy with her gift.

If it wasn’t for Ryan, this little lady would’nt have a smile on her face, she would be in tears. Ryan put this smile on her face by making having a Rapunzel doll a reality! Ryan went above and beyond the call of duty for my little lady. Not only did he search 3 – 4 isles of the store, search his computer and check to make sure that someone didn’t grab one and drop it on a different isle, but he also made sure that she was happy with a different Rapunzel! Thanks again Ryan, you have made sure that we will be returning just because of your kindness for my 2yr old daughter

I have to say, I am pretty disappointed in an exchange policy that I had with Target today. I received a gift that was an electronic that was a color I didn’t care for and a size that I was unable to use. I was hoping for an even exchange. I even had the actual receipt that was used by my boyfriend, rather than a gift receipt. Since, he bought it on a day when there was a 10% off, they refused to do an even exchange for the electronic. They verbatim said,” once you lose it, you lose it!” That’s absolutely awful customer service. Why should you have to pay out of pocket for a gift. Maybe, it was my fault for making the mistake of going the day after Christmas.

Dear Target, Are you aware that you’re paying your Bluffton employees to sit around, gossip, not work, throw attitude around, and be more of an annoyance and in-the-way and in any way helpful? You should look into this, ’cause this particular store, while adequate as a store, is infested with useless Target employees disguised as human beings.
