A-Z Auto Transport

This «company» has been a nightmare to work with. First with coordinating the car pickup as I had a flight on friday. The car was supposed to be picked up on thursday like originally planned but ended up getting picked up on Sunday.
Damien is a broker and does not own a car transport company. So he does not have know the ins and outs of what actually is going on when transporting the car. To further aggravate the matter is that communication is horrible. I would be sending emails and calling him multiple times with no response. A move is stressful, especially when it is cross country and you have a flight in the morning. To have the sort of confidence and peace of mind of knowing that your car will be transported in a timely manner is not there at all.
Damien is a broker and not a car transport. I suspect that he is doing this part time to raise some cash, so this is a «part-​time» job… that he is not good at.
Second part is when my car arrived, the driver would not let go of my car unless I came up with $ 750 cash on the spot. This was no where in the contract that I signed with Damien that I needed to put up cash on delivery. Everything was charged initially on my credit card so I was double charged (worse than that). Broker fee was $ 250 + $ 750 to actually deliver the car.
I have emailed Damien multiple times, called and left voicemails to get the charges reversed but no response. He simply does not care and just wants your money. No sign of business and trust at all.
I went ahead and called american express to reverse the charges and make what’s wrong right. I will be reporting this business to the better business bureau and will be consulting with my lawyers. If there is further negligence then I have the documentation that I need…
Do yourself a favor all and do not ever do business with this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Damian was horrible with communication once he received our deposit. Then once we got to California from New Jersey the tow wouldn’t release our cars because DAMIAN NEVER PAID THEM even though we paid him in full. We have had to file police reports and hire a lawyer because Damian has not returned our calls nor the tow companies.

Damian was most attentive throughout this process. He took the stress out of relocated my vehicles. They were actually delivered earlier than expected which wasn’t a problem. I will be using this company whenever I move. Not sure what happened on the previous review which had me a little skeptical as well but my experience was flawless, start to finish.

Worst EVER!!! They charged me more than quote. Damian Earle told me there is no hidden fee door to door… But he did not notice me about any price changes. He avoided my phone calls and blamed to the driver. I called a lot and I left several messages. But they just ignored me. Don’t use this company!!!

They took my deposit over the phone. And never returned my call regarding shipment date or anything. I reached out to them numerous times (email, voicemail) with no success.
When I finally got him on the phone (ONCE), «Damian Earle» said that he was retrieving information from the driver but the information was unclear because the driver was in the middle of loading a car… Like, what?! Then said he’d clarify and email or text me the driver’s info. Did not ever happen.
Anyway, please avoid at all costs. I looked this guy up online and apparently he runs some hotel business and also some other random shh. Anyway, he seems like a shady hustler is all.
Also I think his wife answers some of the «business» phone calls… And she’s also super unprofessional. And unhelpful. So sad.
Also, I confronted him about his unprofessionalism and his neglect on informing me about my shipment and that I wanted to cancel and of course, no answer!
I believe I just lost myself $ 150 but more than that… I’m obviously moving from state to state and this is a ridiculous waste of my time and energy on top of my moving stress!
I feel terrible writing this horrible review but I think I’m doing more good than harm here. Anyway, I hope they get it together and stop f’ing with people. It’s wrong.
It seems as though I am not the only person that had a bad experience with these guys.
