Very nice front of house person! The food is amazing! You can tell its fresh, it’s oh so yummy! I am very please to have found this little place! The atmosphere is calming! And there isn’t a rush to get you in or out! My family and I love it! It was my first and definitely not my last! I had a roast beef sandwich which was the perfect portion, my wife had a coffee and croque Monsieur! We usually don’t eat all our food but the food here was just phenomenal!

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Finally a place in Boca I can call home. Small tables and garden seating. Perfectly balanced French roast coffee, croissants that melt in your mouth, light, fresh, and sophisticated sandwiches and salads~~ and the crepes– I don’t even like crepes but these were like little chocolate kisses clouds that floated down and landed on my dish. I’m hungry just from writing his review. Enjoy.

The chocolate filled croissants are c’est magnifique. Sunday brunch was delicious. In addition to the French baked delights, they have table service with a nice variety of crepes, quiches and specialty croissants. Fast service. Very enjoyable experience.

Service is awful and arrogant. I am a loyal customer, yet every time I walk into the restaurant I am ignored until I ask where I should sit. The tables are rarely set. Today, an amateur server with a bad attitude made every possible mistake with our simple bread basket order. She brought cold bread when we asked for it toasted, she forgot the jam, she never brought silverware or napkins, and she never took our drink order. When we kindly asked for a variety of jam, she tossed three of the same flavor at us and then took one back to replace with another flavor without ever asking us which flavors we wanted. The female owner, who knows that I am a loyal customer yet is always nasty, never came over to remedy the situation. Instead, she finally came to the table and had the nerve to angrily tell me that I should«be nice» to the server since she is new. This server clearly had no training, her service and attitude were unacceptable, and I was actually being very polite despite this. I walked out of the restaurant when the female owner began verbally attacking me. As I walked out, the owner encouraged me to leave in an arrogant, passive aggressive display. She has absolutely no concept of hospitality or decent business practice, and her treatment of me was foolish since she now lost a loyal customer who had referred business to her restaurant. This was the final straw for me, as I had been dissatisfied with the owner’s attitude on previous visits. I went today to give the place a final chance since my Salmon Brie crêpe tasted very fishy and sour on my last visit. Looks like I won’t be returning, and I suggest you join me in avoiding this despicable establishment.

Fantastic food, the ham and Brie panini is so good! They make all of their pastries in house, including French Macaroons.

In my opinion q little overpriced bakery. I ordered the éclair and wasn’t nothing extraordinary. Service was good, and the place looks clean and nice.

My friend discovered this place when she took her kids to the dance studio. This past weekend we decided to check it out. This place is phenomenal! I had an omelet and a crêpe. Both were delicious. Some of my friends had the croissants. Which I was told were really good. I am looking forward to going back!

This place is amazing! I’ve already been here a few times since their recent opening and I always leave very happy; plus it’s so close to home that it makes it that much better… but this is Good and Bad: It’s Good because having them so close by that I can grab a French Pastry whenever I crave it But the Bad is because I always go there for 1 item and end up leaving with too many pastries(and they aren’t that healthy). The first time I came here, I order some fresh, straight out of the oven, croissants. And Oh My God, they literally melt in your mouth. And as good as those croissants were, it was the next visit that got me hooked on my favorite dish. I ordered two different quiches; one was a spinach quiche and the other was a lorraine quiche. They were tasty and incredible; even after I was already full I kept having a few more bites just because they were that good. I would assume that one of the reasons everything tastes so good is that it’s all baked there fresh every morning; always so fresh. And the décor is so cute too. It’s so adorable and makes you feel very comfortable. Everyone is nice although sometimes the lady that works the counter sometimes is not very welcoming(not mean but not exactly upbeat or happy though), but they do answer any questions you have and do serve up great stuff, including their coffees. Speaking of coffee, I normally just get the regular coffee but I’ve gotten the Nutella coffee sometimes too and they are both excellent. So the next time you need to bring some goodies over to someone’s house or want to surprise your family with some interesting desserts, stop by here and load up.

For my 150th review I chose Bakery Of France! What a cute little spot I never knew existed(I lived on this road for 9 years). Matilda was our waitress and she is really from France and really a sweet conscientious server. We started things off with escargots! One of my favorite dishes for sure. They came with mushroom slices doused in garlic butter and a basket of artisan french bread. We also split the di parma prosciutto sandwich. I just love prosciutto with fresh mozzerella and tomatoes!!! The bread is incredible and the sandwich tends to be a little messy(because of the pesto drizzle on top) so make sure it’s not a date you worry about eating in front of. We ended our lunch with crepes. the standard one. They are delicious! The heart of the crêpe Is the most savory. The texture is crispy, soft and buttery at the same time. I took a quiche of the day slice(today was vegetable which had broccoli and potatoes from what i could see) home for dad. A very nice afternoon lunch. I will be back.

I’m updating my review but my thoughts of this french bakery haven’t changed. After getting a super cold almost rude reply from them, they will definitely won’t be seeing me as customer there, which is a shame since I drive all the way East for some good food and pastries. It was the first time ever I stepped my feet at their door, there was no sign what so ever about hour changes, staff was rude when giving information, and whoever writes the reviews even worse. My happy feelings about having a close by french bakery went down the drain, too sad. I stopped going to Bakery pf France on Federal and Spanish River because of bad service, I don’t know if they are related but definitely runs in the ‘chain’.

Amazing service, very friendly couple(owners?)! I enjoyed a delicious Nutella coffee, yummy! The almond croissant was not near as wonderful as I had in Paris last year but still good. I enjoyed the atmosphere with French music and it made for a nice afternoon on my day off!

Good food but owners love talking down to their customers. I have been here several times and I have seen it done to others and today was the first time done to me. No wonder they are always empty. With that attitude I doubt they’re going to last very long at that location especially competing with an established bagel place that treats their customers like family.

This is not good, not good at all… Why oh why, did they decide to open this so close to me? You see, I was sad when they closed the ice cream shop that was in that same location but then realized it was good for me they did. Not that I visited so often but the temptation was always there. That banana calling my name. Place was empty for a while and, one day, went to the plaza for another craving, and behold, Bakery of France, with its cute little tables, delicious showcased pastries and desserts, and coffee menu displayed for everyone to see. Of course I had to go in. I already loved the one in Spanish River, now this one even more since I don’t have to drive much. All of the sudden, I didn’t miss the ice cream place at all. They have the same menu as the one in Spanish River but, they open on Sundays… Hello Brunch! I’ve visited them a couple of times already, to the point that they already know me and greet me as a regular. Not sure if that’s a good thing or a bad thing. I guess good. Service is always great and very friendly. It’s really nice to sit there and enjoy some relaxing time with the always smiling, and attentive, staff and amazing food. They have escargot(which I’m dying to try), sandwiches, salads(very fresh), cheese plates, sweet and savory crepes, soup. So far, I’ve had the Nutella coffee(do I need to say more?, I didn’t think so); the Latte is always perfectly hot and smooth; the dark chocolate coffee I like it cold, it’s the perfect(wake me up) 3pm dessert. For World Nutella Day, of course I paid them a visit, with my friend and ordered the Nutella Crêpe. So simple, yet so rich, comforting and wonderful. The Quiche Lorraine is wonderful, and the croissants, buttery and flaky. One of my favorite desserts is the Opera Cake. My friend is a pastry chef, I shared it with her and she agreed is one of the best we’ve had. Same with the Palmier(elephant ears), crunchy, flaky, sweet. One good and bad thing… everything is made daily, once they run out of something, you’ll have to come another day for it. So, bad if you miss it but, good you know you are having everything fresh. There’s not one thing I can think of that would make this place less than 5 stars. Yes, at first I was scared, because I knew my «diet» would suffer but now I’m happy, knowing that such a lovely and delicious option is open for(my) lunch and coffee addiction. Go, see for yourself, good luck staying away.

I was very excited when I saw that a French bakery was opening up in the neighborhood. I do after all love macaroons, croissants, eclairs and other French pastries. It is housed in a large, wide open space. The décor is modern. There are plenty of tables if you decide to eat in. The girl that always helps me is the best. I wish I knew her name and I should as I’m usually here once a week. She is sweet, friendly and is always smiling. On my first visit I had the Croque-Monsieur. It was so good. The bread was toasted perfectly. The cheese was ooey gooey and the Béchamel sauce was to die for. It was just a great sandwich all around. On my second visit I was able to convince Liliane G to go with me after we went on a nice long walk. I had to twist her arm pretty hard lol. I ordered the Parisian with Prosciutto Di Parma and Liliane ordered the roast beef. The sandwiches came out fairly quickly. In my opinion I found the baguette to be too hard. The Prosciutto was sliced thin as it should be. The cheese was fresh and delicious. My only gripe with the sandwich was that there were only like two slices of Prosciutto and two slices of cheese. For about $ 12.00 I think there should’ve been a couple more slices of Prosciutto. I did however enjoy it. Liliane enjoyed her roast beef sandwich. Like the Prosciutto there was a minimal amount of meat present. She liked her sandwich and wouldn’t even share a bite of it with me. I’ve stopped in a few times on my way to work in the morning and have picked up croissants. Their croissants definitely shine. They are buttery, super soft and flaky. As I’m writing this review I actually wish I had one!!! I wish they made their own jam that would elevate the experience for me. In conclusion this is a great and welcome addition to the neighborhood. If you’re in the area I suggest that you stop by and try it.
