I really liked it. The customer service isn’t overly friendly, but they weren’t below average either. When I walked in, I said hello to them and they responded with a hello themselves. I got the banana something flavor with sweet cream ice cream, squashed banana and what tasted like Reese’s peanut butter. My boyfriend also liked his, and he got the UFO flavor which looked like some kind of chocolate Oreo Cookie. It was on a Saturday night and it was pretty empty, but I didn’t mind. We had driven over to Cold Stone but it was full and we didn’t want to be around a crowd. My only complaint is that the women’s bathroom was out of order. Like seriously, no one should have an out of order bathroom. I really had to pee so I couldn’t be there very long.

Wow. This place is terrible. I had high hopes, you know? How hard is it to mess up an ice cream parlor experience? Apparently easy for these people. I should have known it was a bad sign when the place was empty on a Friday night. Two kids behind the counter, a manager reading in the corner. No one welcomed us or asked us anything except are you ready. Had the red velvet it was nothing great, ice cream buddy had chocolate and strawberry with chocolate chips. Also nothing great we had a few bites and tossed them both. Oh and it was 4.25 a cup. I think that’s a rip off. I would have preferred a dollar frosty from Wendy’s in all honesty. Last bit, it’s a granite slab they’re working with. Not marble. Just saying.

I usually don’t get ice cream cravings but, when I do, it’s for the same two flavors. I thought I could only find them at Cold Stone… When the one near my house closed, I had to find another place to get my Banana and Cotton Candy ice cream. I found Marble Slab Creamery. Same concept, similar flavors, and they have my two favorites. Some popular flavors seem to be: sweet cream, cheesecake, praline, and more. Mix them with candy bars, brownies, cookies, sprinkles — so many toppings to choose from. Or go for for one of their mixes in the menu like a Snickerdoodle(vanilla ice cream, with Snickers bar and caramel). Personally, I like mine plain. Each flavor side by side. Love seeing that pale yellow banana next to the fun blue cotton candy but, no wrong way to eat ice cream… Plain, mixed, with toppings, whip cream or not, for here or to go, just enjoy!

I agree with the other review– It’s not better than Coldstone, but it’s still worth visiting because they have some unique flavors and they also have frozen yogurt. My favorite ice cream flavor is the rum with gummy bears(see photos). Overall, nice customer service and definitely worth stopping by if you’re around the area.

Not a topping for Cold Stone, still a go. Much more variety than Cold Stone, however the flavors aren’t better — some are worse. The Cookie Dough and Strawberry flavors tasted tangy and stretchy. No outside seating associated with the store, unsure if that’s against plaza-policy. No clear lines, of four parties that entered everyone was unsure who was next. Employees just picked people who walked up to them. If Cold Stone and Marble Slab were next door, I’d go to Cold Stone.
