Best Brazilian Blowout I’ve ever had. I have thick and kinky hair. I’ve had blowouts in the past (many), and none of them came out like this. I was in Boca visiting my sister. I’m actually from California. She was having her color done, and I thought why not have my hair blowout. Bravo! I also had a hair cut, which also came out fabulous. I’m coming back in March all the way from Cali just to have it done again! Thank you so much, Jenna, you’re the bestest in the whole country!!!

Got a great cut Saturday from Gabi. With classic technique, she shaped my curly hair. When I heard her scissors work the ends of my hair, I knew I was in good hands. I skip the curly girl salons on purpose, what I need is a talented cutter. She’s here, plus good prices, good atmosphere and good location = 5 stars.

I have been to Bardot twice in the past few years with different massage groupons. This fall I purchased a NEW massage groupon to Bardot. When I called for an appointment I was curtly told that the groupon was invalid because I had used groupons in the past. I explained that I was able to use a different groupon each year in the past. I pointed out that the Fine Print says nothing about New Clients/​Customers Only as other groupons specify. I was told to call Groupon. Groupon said that Bardot was misinterpreting the wording in their current groupon offer of «1 per person» to mean New Clients Only and that Groupon would notify them of this misinterpretation. Groupon refunded the purchase price. I shall not be returning to Bardot.

This place gets one star because the people were nice. Unfortunately my experience was awful. My hair stylist Bill was in such a rush blow drying my hair that he burnt my scalp and fried my hair. I only asked for a trim and a blowout. My hair looked like he used a rusty old knife to cut the ends. I posted the picture of what it looked like afterwards, you can judge for yourself. I hope other people don’t go to this guy and get the results I did, I couldn’t believe he let me leave his chair looking like that.

Discovered this salon through Groupon, wash, cut, style deal at a good price. In general I don’t like going to the salon. I get nervous about results because although my hair is super straight and long, and I just get the basic cut w/​layers (beauty school 101?), I’ve left places with crooked hair or not enough was cut. I also don’t like the pain that comes with it, my hair is so tangly and not everyone is gentle with the comb. Courtney was my stylist and while the end result was great, I liked her process throughout too. All in all I was very pleased, I think I found my go to place from now on.

Highly recommend for a great salon in the Boca Raton area. I came in on two occasions; first for mani/​pedi with Jessica, she took her time to do a great job. Then I came in for a Brazilian blowout and haircut with Jenna, I will never go anywhere else to get this blowout done! Great product, didn’t smell or burn, couldn’t be happier!

A great massage, no complaints at all. Therapist was knowledgable and friendly. I wish they had the option of having a woman therapist as well… it was a bit uncomfortable when I showed up and my only option for a therapist was a man.

Came in for an 85 minute massage (groupon) and had the most painful massage! The man spoke the whole time about his personal life and when I would say he was applying too much pressure he did not go any lighter. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place for a massage.

I purchased a livingsocial deal here for a massage, facial and blowout. The were unable to get me in for all together so I had to come in on different days Which was ok with me. The massage was the worst massage I have ever gotten and I get them on a very regular basis. The guy who does it (was not even given the option for a female) talked the entire time and was honestly very rude at times and unprofessional and I felt very awkward and not relaxed at all! I would never recommend this guy for a massage in a million years! As for my facial she did a good job and I was up sold on an extra treatment which was some laser beams which were hot and hurt and I would not do that ever again. The facial was also not relaxing and she was a bit rough, took personal cell phone call during, etc. overall this place is very unprofessional and pretty empty both times I went. I would not come back here at all.

Very disappointed by «The Bardot Experience». I expected more given the positive reviews I had read online prior to booking my appt. The salon was not professional at all. Owner/​manager never came by, felt ignored while the staff was gabbing, not even being offered a drink or magazine. Went in for a trim. She gave me a very fast haircut with little attention paid to detail, didn’t bother to even show me back of head, and she only cut dry after blowing my curly hair straight, so when I washed it at home realized I practically have bangs and cut is very choppy. Also, unlike every other salon where a single process carries the color through, this salon considers a $ 70 single process to only include doing the roots. This is false advertising that one should know before going to this salon. Furthermore, the color did not even cover my grays. I reached out to the owner via phone, email, and facebook but two weeks later still no response to my concerns. Unfortunately, now I have to wait until my hair grows long enough to have it cut properly and will need to get it colored again. Of course I will go elsewhere.

I’ve been looking for a place to «do it all.» nails, facial etc. My daughter gave me a gift certificate to Bardot and I’m hooked! Had the greatest mani (gel) /​pedi with Jessica who is very, very good! My nails haven’t looked this good and stayed this long in years! Sweet personality too! Came back for a facial with Kami… Omg!
My skin was glowing and she’s is an absolute DOLL!
The salon is run so professionally too! This is my new“go to place”!! Highly recommend!

I discovered this place through groupon. I started going for massages with Nick, who is absolutely amazing. I have become a regular client of his. Sitting in the waiting room and looking around at all the hairstylist got me curious about what they could do with my neglected locks. I had an appointment for cut, highlights, wash, and blow with Nato. After a great consultation, and some tlc, Nato transformed my blah highlights into a natural, perfectly blended masterpiece. I have received nothing but compliments from the moment I left the salon. If you are able to make an appointment I highly, highly, recommend Nato for hair and Nick for massages! Appointments are a must! I know some people cry about making appointments… but would you honestly want to go to a place where they aren’t busy? Busy/​booked =these guys know what their doing… sitting around and free is a red flag for me! GO THERE!!! YOU WON’T BE DISSAPOINTED! =). Also, I must make a mention… the manager Michelle is a doll! She really makes an effort to get to know people; she takes the time to show you she really cares. I have never met a salon owner as personable as she is. Again, I have nothing but great things to say, always a 5 star experience!

Found this place on Amazon Local but I called ahead to ask if I could get a gel mani instead of just a basic for the deal and a very nice receptionist Mike said they will honor the deal price plus the difference of gel manicure and I wouldn’t have to purchase the actual voucher. Smart business to save money on their end.
The inside of this day spa/​salon is very clean, open and well lit. The staff is super friendly and polite. I was Jessica’s last appointment and she stayed to take me. She was a little rough on pushing cuticles but soft with buffering and scrubbing during my pedicure. My manicure quickly and efficiently. My cuticles are well trimmed and the Polish is neatly done. She was very sweet and asked if I liked it and if it was OK.

Went using a Groupon and I will definitely be going back. Courtney did my cut & color, which I so desperately needed. She took her time giving me a skillful dry cut and then proceeded matching my color just right. Thanks Groupon & thanks Bardot for such a pleasant experience.

Have never been so happy with my facial and Brazilian wax before. Khami makes you feel so comfortable, shes such a nice person over all. The facial was complete with the microdermabrasion, masks, steam, gets all the problem areas, laser and even a little massage! And for the wax she’s quick and gets all the hairs and if you’ve gotten waxed before you know it’s painful but honestly this was the best experience I’ve had with this procedure. Facility is beautifully set up and clean and spotless. Definitely coming back!

Went to this place to get some work done on my hair, I walked out paying $ 230! This was for a trim, partial high lights and a blow dry! When I called, I was told that the stylists there charge fairly reasonable, bs! This also included a 25% discount, can you imagine what this would have been without the discount?! And on top of that, they asked me if I wanted to leave a tip?! Never again! Totally insane and out of control.

I finally had a free Saturday afternoon and decided to have a facial. When I called to make an appointment, Michael was super sweet and extemely helpful arranging the time and answering my questions. Doris did my facial and I loved every minute. She was very knowledgeable and gave me some great skin care advice without trying to push any products. I had a great experience from the moment I walked in the door. I will be returning to Bardot in the near future.

Yesterday I went and used my coupon for a cut, color and blow dry. I was nervous at first because my hair was damaged. With in minutes the owner & stylist immediately put me at ease. My hair looks beautiful and the energy was so relaxing and positive. I cannot wait to go back.
